    I received a call from Al, he was very apologetic because he doesn't repair the unit that I submitted a request for, but was very helpful and said that he would be glad to help us with any other appliances. His genuine concern was refreshing and I know I will call him when we do have other appliances in need of repair. Customer service does still exist, at least with some companies!

    About 30 minutes after I submitted a request, Lou called me. After discussing with him what type of dishwasher, he, unfortunately, did not repair those types, but he spent a great deal of time trying to help me locate someone who does. A quality person who is definitely about customer service. I will keep his number for when I have something else needing repair, highly recommended!

    Overall it went well. Scheduling could be a little more organized and wished they had been more prompt but understand that customers prior may have run over. However, everyone seemed helpful and friendly. Our washer decided to stop working on a Thursday and gave us an F51 warning, after a little research online I found that two issues are generally related to this error. Specifically, an issue with the sensor and also clothes being trapped outside of the tub. I took the tub out and found a plastic collar tag but nothing else. Washer still didn't work and started giving a suds warning along with the F51. I called Priority on Friday and was able to get on the schedule on Saturday. I explained to the technician on Saturday what I had done and he proceeded to look at the washer (he was a little surprised I was able to get the washer apart and the tub out as it was "heavy"). He tightened a screw and look at a couple other things but diagnosed that the washer needed new bearings. I explained what I knew about the warnings, etc and that it had just been working/spinning. He insisted that it was the bearings and it would be $450 to replace and suggested we get a new washer. After talking with my boyfriend we decided to go ahead get the washer fixed and boy am I glad we did!!! Come Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything so I called to check on status of the order for the bearings and was told the parts were in. I was put on the schedule for that night and this time the owner Steve showed up. After taking a look at the washer he determined that it was not the bearings after all but a bolt that was still loose (this was the one the tech said he tightened the Saturday prior) AND that it was a SENSOR ISSUE (which is what I was trying to tell the tech on Saturday also). So Steve was kind enough to put in a new sensor, tighten the bolt, and we have a working washing machine again for only $150. Had we listened to the tech who came the Saturday prior and purchased a new washing machine we would have been out A LOT more money. Had it not been for the initial tech's mi-misdiagnosis of the problem with the washer I would have given an A.

    Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All his work was top notch, and he is a great communicator. All my options were fully explained to me, and I never felt coerced into paying for something that wasn't needed. Nick quickly identified the problem with the burners and ordered the necessary parts. He then came back about a week later to do all the work. Everything is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier!

    My Samsung Smart TV started turning on and off by itself. I found this to be a not uncommon happening to many smart TV's or other such electronics. Various reasons were given on the internet. Various "cures" were given - none effective. I called Arthur after pricing a new TV. He was prompt, professional, worked right in my home as advertised. Stayed with my problem and solved it. It took some time in my case, but instead of replacing a New 55 inch Smart TV, I have my old - like new - TV for $250.00. He replaced the mother board, the power source, cleaned everything, diagnosed everything, explained all and counseled that I was better off with this old model and fixing than with total solid state newer models because the parts can't be replaced. Works great. Did have to wait a few days for the new mother board, but it beats the potential $1000+ or more output depending on bells and whistles. He's honest, informative, and price friendly. Many repairs can be finished right in the house same day.

    Perfectly. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with both Gerry and Kandy! They were extraordinarily nice and pleasant! I would highly recommend them for welding work and I will most certainly use them again for future welding jobs!

    I had it serviced last year by someone else and they didn't do a great job. Perrin came in and identified the problem immediately, fixed it and then cleaned the grill. He did a great job and now it's working like new. (It's almost 17 years old).

    Nick showed me that the wall switch was in the "off" position. How stupid I felt as I had checked for a switch under the sink not realizing the switch (which I never use) was on the wall. But while he was here, he checked the filter which needed cleaning, reminded me how to remove it and clean it and installed a galvanized electrical box and cover to enclose the bare wires from the unused garbage disposer. He also provided me with a free sample of a dishwasher cleaner I can order from Amazon. So this was not a wasted service call. Nick and his assistant were early in arriving, friendly and cleaned up after their work. I have used Park Ridge before in my other home and would certainly use them again.

    Marty was very responsive to my refrigerator needs. I had a number of issues as listed above. He got to work right away and patiently explained everything to me as he fixed one thing after another. I believe he added another 5 years of life to my 20 year old refrigerator. I highly recommend Marty.
