One of the owners responded to my inquiry within 30 min and we were able to set up an appointment within 4 days. A co-owner provided the service, and his 20+ years of experience combined with clearly evident expertise and care confirmed that I had chosen the right company. In addition, he was punctual, wore protective foot covering to avoid soiling my floors and carpets, and he was fully masked and respectful of distancing. I have 1000% confidence in Horns, and I recommend them ENTHUSIASTICALLY!

AI had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
