Kitchen - painted cabinets, added cabinet pulls, added 2 new cabinets, closed up soffet, new sink, disposal & faucet, all new appliances, installed new hard wood floor, updated electrical outlets (USB), quartz countertops & quartz back splash. Bathroom - gutted down to the studs, removed tub, brand new tiled shower, tiled shower walls, faucets, new vanity, toilet, new mirror and more! Beautifully refinished hardwood floors in living room & dining room, to match the new kitchen floor. Painted living room, dining room and back entry way. ABudget Right KitchensThese guys are the best! From the initial consultation all the way through to the end of the project, we felt well taken care of. We had consultations with other contractors, but we were impressed with Dirk’s no pressure approach to the project. We were given several design options to choose from with varying prices. Throughout the whole process, each step of the way was discussed. Given we only have one bathroom, they went out of their way to make sure we had a working toilet for as long as possible. Dan and his crew were very respectful of our space and time. They also made some really great suggestions along the way that made a huge impact on the end result. In the end, we were so happy with the work they had done, we immediately hired them again to renovate a bathroom in our investment condo. AHandy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & BathThis is the second time we have hired Handy Men and Mrs. Helper Kitchen and Bath to remodel our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. We hired HMMHKB the second time because based on our first experience with them when the renovated our children's full bath, we knew we would be getting an on time delivery with high quality work. Heath was our contractor on both projects, and his attention to detail and ability to produce quality results is second to none. Every step of the way, Heath was communicating with us and with Andy about possible issues that may affect the timeline. Heath also thought creatively to solve some of those issues and keep the project on time. We had a slight issue with the cabinets we ordered from HMMHKB's partner company, Pearl Design Group. Pearl Design and the cabinet manufacturer, Kitchen Craft, did a stellar job in resolving the issues with only a minor delay and no increase in cost. We received outstanding customer service from both companies and from Handy Men. We are looking forward to our next project with Handy Men and Mrs. Helper Kitchen and Bath.- LORELEE C.

AHandy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & BathAndy provided a detailed timeline of the job and him and his team delivered. Once they start the job they stay on it until completion. They are very responsive and my wife and I valued their opinions on the project. With our kids getting older we decided two years after the remodel to move in order to gain more space. The work they completed played a large role in our house selling in one day with a bidding war. They have also done a lot of work on our new house including painting and hardwood floors. AHighly recommend. Don came out for the quote right away and and made it affordable. The bathroom turned out beautifully and they did everything from the tear down to installing all marble tile. Communication was excellent and everything was done on time. They also painted and did the trim work. The installer, Janus, was very efficient and his workmanship excellent. Don and his team really made it easy for us and we’re very happy with the finished product.

AWe couldn’t be happier with Kris and his remodeling of two of our upstairs bathrooms. Kris was very detail oriented and hardworking. His timeline and quote he gave us from our initial meeting were right on, which I hear is hard to come by in contractors. He is also extremely clean, and everything was picked up everyday. We have quite a few projects in our house that need to be done and we will absolutely be hiring Kris again!

AVery happy with the results. Dave was easy to talk to at the beginning to get the scope of the project figured out and costs established. His associate Richard did a good job spearheading the work for the project itself, which was at 2 different locations. They arrived on time and were generally good at communicating, which is oftentimes hard to find in this industry. The bathroom remodel looks excellent and I am very happy with the new clean look! And the tile in the kitchen looks very good and they were able to do that very quickly. 2 slight negatives were the color of grout used in the second bathroom was not quite perfect. Though I had picked it myself, I would have done that differently. Second, the worksite in the small apartment project got a little "dusty" with all the tile work and I will have to go back and clean up a little bit of dust and splash on tile floor, but these are minor things. Overall they did a great job keeping things neat and tidy. Richard also was helpful and swapped out some fixtures that ended up not working out at the end of the project so that was a relief. Overall highly recommended!

AThe job went very well. Luis is a true craftsman with his tile work. He made sure all the details were "just right". He and his helpers arrived promptly each morning, put down drop cloths along the path from our home entrance to the bathroom, and kept any mess to the room under construction. The job included replacement and expansion of a shower, and new tile on the bathroom floor. All were done with highest quality. Luis asked for payment only when the job was finished and to our satisfaction. We look forward to having Luis back when we remodel our other bathroom in the near future.

AIt was a pleasure working with the 4Ever Remodeling team to complete a nearly full gut rehab of our Chicago townhouse. There were many starts and stops with our project (Chicago Building Department issues, townhome assoication items, and a pandemic) which streched our schedule out by six months or more, but the 4Ever team never showed any weariness and was responsive the entire time. Working with Magda was a pleasure, she was very good at keeping the project moving foward and was an excellent reasource for design decisions. We enjoy everyday in our newly remodeled home and we thank 4Ever for helping us create this small treasure. We don't have any projects on the horizon but if we did we would not hesitate to use 4Ever again.
