ATom Jansson is a very thorough, experienced and detailed inspector who takes his time doing the job. He looks at each part of the property. For example, he checked on every window and outlet, rather than just a few. Tom utilizes impressive modern tools, such as a drone to help investigate the roof and thermal imaging to detect moisture problems. His report was comprehensive and easy to follow. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and communicative, a genuinely helpful person who patiently answered all of our questions. We were buying a house in a different state than where we lived and couldn't see if before closing due to the pandemic. We completely trusted Tom to inspect the property for us in our absence and relied on his professional assessment to help us make our purchase decision. AIf you are looking for a home inspection done in Chicago or suburbs, Vito is the person! He did a such an amazing job on our report that I was bit surprised. We flip homes and we have used other home inspectors but no one was as detailed and good as Vito. From now on we will be using him on all of our flips to get the inspection report. Without his report I would have never known that the chimney is in poor condition. Thanks Vito for all your help, you helped me get addition discount on the purchase price!
