  I will have to say that we could not be any happier with the results of the job the Zach and Cesar did on our floors. the tile in question was 42 years old and they made it look like it was just put down! they should have take before and after pictures it came out that good I would recommend this Co. and will use them in future on other properties that I own Sam Guinta Northbrook Il

  I did not realize how dirty my porcelain tile floor in my bathroom had become over the years, even with the weekly cleaning. Louie was at my house all day working on the tile, grout and sealing. He was very nice, knows his stuff and pointed out a few needed repairs that I didn't even realize were issues. Louie took his time and wanted it to be done right. I appreciate that. My bathroom looks new again! The next day I noticed some small pitting on my stone countertop in my bathroom. Justin, the owner, explained why this happens. Tim then came out and fixed the pitting before it became a bigger problem. Tim was also very nice and took pride in his work. My experience with everyone from the office to Justin, was excellent. I have used other companies before for this kind of work with not so great results. I'm sticking with Prestige for future work!

  Matt was wonderful! He called the night before to remind me of the appointment. He was prompt in arriving and his estimate for the time it would take to complete the job was spot on. He's very personable and both my husband and I felt comfortable with him. He also really knows his business. The bathroom looks brand new! It's a large bathroom, and he did not miss anything. The grout in the floor is white again, the tiles are spotless, every bit of ugly black dirt in the shower was completely removed, and the seals around the glass doors are perfect. He removed old caulking, and his caulk lines are much smaller and look great. He even caulked around our tub which wasn't even on the work order. We are thrilled that we went with Matt. It is his business and he takes great pride in his workmanship and his knowledge. If you need tile/grout/bathroom work done, Matt is the person you want!

  I am a retired contractor. I bought a condo in 1999 in downtown Chicago. After renting it out for 15 years, the porcelain tile floors had white grout that had turned black with dirt. Totally black! Sir grout came in and in 1 day restored the grout to white again like new, no kidding. I couldn't believe it. I have rebuilt over 100 bathrooms over 30 years and I've never seen anything like it I will use them again next year on my other apartments.

  Everything went great. They were able to complete all of this work in one day. The owner, Dan Lundstedt, was on site working and supervising the crew. The results were fantastic and it was less expensive than replacing the sinks and marble in my house. My guest bath especially had a lot of marble that became dulled over time with use. It all is shiny and helped improve the appearance of the room. Also, the cleaning and sealing of the tile in my master bath restored the tile to its original condition after 8 years of use. What most impressed me was Dan checking in after about a month to see how the work was holding up. I mentioned that there was one area that needed some touch up, and he sent someone within two weeks at no charge to take care of it. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout for their work and quality.

  It was a 2-day project.  Two guys came out the first day and did all the sanding.  They were on time and very neat.  Sanding is a messy job, but they took all possible precautions to prevent sawdust from getting to other rooms.  They did a great job around baseboards and appliances.  They removed closet doors and reinstalled them.  My floors look brand new!!  I got three quotes before I picked Advance Hardwood Flooring. Their price was fair and the work was excellent.

  Elvis was extremely responsive in setting up our cleaning and coordinating a date prior to our move in to our new home.  We had a tight time table to have the cleaning performed after closing and before the move 2 days later.   All carpets were cleaned, including 2 sets of stairs, entire 2nd floor (5 bedrooms) and basement.  All tile in the bathrooms were cleaned and it is now spotless.  He also was able to add on the tile in the sun room (which was very dirty) last minute and it is like new!  We were very happy with the quality of the job, professionalism of the team and will plan to use them again in the future.

  I called Zflooring for an estimate around the beginning of October.  The estimate went well and I called them shortly after to set up a time for them to come start the job.  Our appointment was scheduled for October 25th at 8:00 a.m. and they never showed up.  I never received a phone call either.  I called the office after several hours and there was no answer.  I left a message on the answering machine that has still gone unanswered.  I haven't attempted to call them after the 25th.

  PHENOMENALLY! Jerry arrived at 10 AM when they gave me a 10-12 window. My daughter had a migraine headache, and Jerry offered to clean her room first so that she could rest. Usually when cleaning rooms, everything is put on the beds. When Jerry was done with her room, he called downstairs. She went up to find that he had moved everything from her bed to another room and MADE HER BED for her to rest! The carpet in the upstairs was great. The couch and chairs downstairs look great. Jerry not only did a great job, but cleaned the floors and baseboards near all the furniture. The recliners are still stained, but that is our fault for waiting too long to clean light colored furniture. They look 200% better than before. Jerry was very professional, kind and obviously very concerned about the people in the home. Not only would I use the service again, but I would specifically request that Jerry be sent to do the work. Oh, and before Jerry left, he did an estimate for duct cleaning for us.
