ABest Windows IncI can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! I needed to replace a balcony floor (situated over an interior roof) for a real estate sale when time and quality were of the essence. Tim is a great project manager and straight shooter. ADAL BuildersTim and his team were great to work with. We needed serious repair work done on our 16' x 17' dilapidated and damaged deck. Tim was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was able to come onsite quickly for an estimate and he lined up work to meet our tight deadline and budget. His team came out as scheduled and were respectful and timely with their work (even finished ahead of schedule). They even cleaned out a very full adjoining gutter for us while they were pressure washing. ADAL BuildersWe are very happy with the work that DAL Builders did on our project. Tim is so easy to work with. He is very communicative which was super helpful (especially during a pandemic!). We have worked with contractors in the past who I have struggled to get to return calls but Tim was always on top of our project. Even with all the delays due to COVID - he would periodically reach out to us unprompted and let us know the status of our items. He is also extremely budget conscious. Tim let us know up front the areas of the project that were "unknown" budget wise (for example he did not know how bad the rot was going to be around our door frame) but was able to give us a realistic estimate of what it might cost best and worst case scenario. In projects past with other contractors - in the end we were anywhere from 15-20% over budget. With Tim I believe we were less than 5% over budget and that overage was really just due to the "unknowns". We have never had a renovation come this close to budget (and we gutted our house so we have lots of experience with contractors and budgets). We are happy with the way the work looks and Tim was quick to resolve any issues we had. His crew is courteous, thorough, and always show up when they are supposed to. I don't think there was one time where I had to call Tim and tell him no one was here when they were supposed to be. Overall - we are really happy with the work that was done and the management of the whole project. We would definitely use DAL Builders again!- M S.

ABald Eagle ConstructionKevin went above and beyond to clear city building violations , his crew did masonary work, new concrete driveway , new drain , and fixed my porch. AChris did a beautiful job on our Azek deck and steps! His craftsmanship is excellent and we couldn't be happier with his work! Chris kept his word in terms of the timing of our project, coordinating with the Village as well as with our patio contractor. He was great to work with from start to finish, very personable as well as very detailed and a perfectionist. My husband and I would highly recommend Chris and his team for your deck projects. We started our project at a time when lumber, both natural wood and engineered were scarce and we had been told we wouldn't be able to get the Azek product for months by other contractors. Chris was resourceful and able to find the exact product we wanted in a timely manner. Again, we highly recommend Polmaster with no reservations.

AIt went very well. Lisa the design consultant was very helpful. I was given a discount option to have the work done on their off season and payment options that offered additional discounts. Because this was a re-decking job Archadeck senior two excellent carpenters. One was Jared and J.R. ,the master carpenter, who could address any unforeseen problems with re-decking. These carpenters were punctual, tidy, professional craftsmen. To my delight the deck was completed in seven days. They could have finished sooner but they didn't want to ruch the job. The deck is absolutely beautiful.

AI can't be more happy with how our room addition project went. There isn't a time I can think of where I had to point out any flaws in the craftsmanship that Nick and his team at Biango Construction performed. Throughout the process there was a clear and open line of communication and dialog for recommendations and answers to all my inquires as we moved along the path of progress and completion. AThe experience with Shala Construction was great from start to finish. Vince came out multiple times to review options for the replacement of our existing deck. He was very patient with our questions, answering each to our satisfaction. We very quickly recognized the depth of experience compared to the other contractors we contacted on this project. Vince suggested adjustments to the project that would provide usable storage space beneath the deck while improving the aesthetics at the same time. Once work began the team arrived promptly every day and worked quickly to tear down and dispose of our old deck. They identified improvements to the framing that were required and build the new structure significantly stronger than the old deck. In working they were very careful to avoid damage to the landscaping and new A/C units that were directly adjacent to the deck area. Upon completion each day the team cleaned up the work area and stored their equipment and materials out of the way so we could continue to utilize the driveway. Overall the project proceeded right on schedule, was completed to our satisfaction, and the finished product looks great. Very happy with the work performed and with the Shala Construction team. I have happily recommended them to friends and family.
