AJust Central VacuumsOutstanding. Was able to replace the broken part without having to cut into our kitchen island or basement ceiling to access. I still don't know how he did it. Also fixed another inlet that we usually don't use that was found to be poorly wired by the system installer. Looked at our kitchen and offered to change the color of the replacement part to better match things vs. just replacing with the white that was there. Very polite, called to let us know when his prior stop ran longer than expected. Any future issues with our central vac. we know who we'll be calling!- Jeff W.

Central Vacs are what he does as opposed to some that use this as a 'lead' on their profile so that they can do other projects. We needed to have an existing system expanded into our basement, and he was very informative and then quick with a quote. He gave me several options, and found the most cost effective solution for us. He is very professional on site, and does very nice work when installing. He was also very accommodating for our busy schedule and working around some other contractors. Tim's labor rates are also very fair, and you'll have it done right the first time. I don’t think there are many contractors like Tim out there anymore.- Jason S.

He arrived both times we used him at the start of the time planned. He listens, communicates well, is careful, is respectful, is thorough, and leaves things cleaner than when he arrived. He stands behind their work and will address any issues if they come up. He was well aware of problems from the manufacturer and determined we had gotten a bad filter from others in the past, which was causing a lot of our problems. He gave us good options for improving things for the future too and helping prevent other problems. It is nice to work with a service business that truly understands service. FTerrible experience. Dakota was awful at responding to any emails, calls, or texts. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We never heard from him or anyone at L&D Construction again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
