    Very professional team. They were on time,
    finished on time, Went thought the system with me before they left. Cleaned up
    everything before leaving. The gear they recommended is wonderful. I have one
    remote that works all the gear in the system making it very easy to use.
    I have a keypad in each room where there are speakers running from that system
    to control volume and what I want to listen to in that room

    The crew was friendly and easy to work with.

    I appreciate Paul's honesty. As another company, Electronics of Illinois, returned my voicemail left 2 days ago (before I called Paul), and still give me a quote $359 after hearing me told him about Paul's suggestion.
    So, obviously, Paul is a much better provider.

    Terrible.
    Get the run around from support 90% of the time.
    Not just that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, but I do not think the fingers know what is going on.
    I use them because they are in my building and switching would be difficult, but this is a regular problem every time I work with them.

    Comcast Sterling Heights
    I was told that there would be no install fee and could handle myself in minutes on both occasions.
    0 for 2.
    The first time after several attempts to correct over rthe phone they sent somebody out to arrive between 2-5.
    No show.
    At 5:05 I called and was told the service guy called and I did not answer. A brief check on caller ID proved that it is harder for these guys to lie about this any longer. After admitting they dropped the ball I was asked how they could make it up to me?
    I asked them to send somebody immediately, since the puck was dropping for the Stanley Cup in 2 hours, but this huge company does not have people in the field after 5 and could not get anyone over for 10 days.
    The next upgrade was of a similar nature, but after 2 days of trying to figure the problem a nice tech named Eric found that I needed to upgrade my service to be eligible for the upgrade.
    Send it back.
    Don't even get me started on calling in or the chat rooms.
    Stuck for now.

    The price for all three services is reasonable and the customer service is decent, however, we would not recommend Comcast/Xfinity. We lose access to the Internet, phone, and cable often. Each time we follow the instructions to reset but it never works. Usually it starts working again a few hours later. When that doesn't happen, we have to wait a few days for someone to come out and fix it.

    PLASS ELECTRICAL SERVICES
    Scott worked with another employee to run new cable wire in the most efficient way possible. The original cable wires were run more than 15 years ago and there was a splitter was behind a finished wall and ceiling in our basement. We understood that he might have to cut into the wall or ceiling, but in working the way he did, they managed to keep it to a minimum (one small opening). Scott also made certain that service was working properly in areas where cable was run around the outside into all other parts of the house. We now have great pictures on all TVs. Running the wire for the new outlet in the garage proved to be challenging. Scott kept us informed about the challenges as well as progress he was making. It took longer than expected, but we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Scott worked hard, did a great job keeping work areas clean and was fair in his pricing. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

    COMCAST HI-SPEED INTERNET
    I used Comcast for about three years. I think they are awful. I ordered a bunch of packages online, and when you're done with the ordering you confirm it before you can move on. Then they called me to confirm. Then before they even came out to do the install they called me to confirm. Then when Comcast came out to do the install the contractor told me that I needed to call a separate contractor to have them do the install. When the separate contractor came out he asked me why I hadn't just had Comcast do the install. In the end they didn't even give me what I had ordered and they had confirmed three times.
