ASlam Dunk InstallationAmazing experience from start to finish. Amanda helped us look at different hoop options and select the one perfect for 4 teenagers. They went out of their way to get us scheduled and complete the job within a couple weeks (with rain), versus others that were booking further out. The job was professional, measured well for where to place off the driveway, and the hoop is great. Finally, we had some follow-up questions after the job was completed. Tony and Amanda were willing spend what ever time was necessary to make us happy. I love supporting local businesses anyway, but in this case, the results speak for itself. FUniversal Service CenterI requested a quote, sent all the info the needed. Then Universal requested that I email them the exact same info they already had...already wasting my time at this point. Then two weeks later, no response. It wasn't until I contact them again that they sent an automated impersonal note saying they could not make any recommendations for me. By the way, the recommendation on a type of basketball rim and backboard was only part of the request which I could figure out on my own. They did not even offer to point me in the right direction or discuss an install date. I contacted them on Yelp about a month prior...didn't even get an acknowledgement.- Tony F.

AOther vendors would not consider the short length of 20 feet. Although it took some time, Dean from Fenceworks came out to look at the damage and recommend repair or replacement. The fence is old but in reasonable condition, provides privacy that both I & my neighbors like. Because of zoning changes, a maximum of 6 foot heights are permitted for new fences. A major supporting post was severely damaged; he recommended replacing that and strengthening its connections to retain the fence height. The two workers arrived punctually, and did a very careful professional job. The price was high for a small job, but far less than replacing the whole fence.

FThis Slibuy.com come with another name such as KarenBarn from eBay listing. Karen and Slibuy.com ([*** Link removed ***] are the same Crook and fraudulent company. I purchased a lot of Kiwi Keys, and most of them are missing the cylinder and the actual keys. How the **** you can install the lock without the cylinder locks!! I also purchase several Hampton Bay light kits from KarenBarn, All items received with missing light bulbs and electrical box connection. They stuff the bubble wrap to appear that the box is full of parts. What a crook. How the **** you complete the installation the light track kits without an electrical box and missing bulbs?!@ I also purchase a lot of 22 Glacier Bay shower head, it arrives with only 5 shower head, and most of them missing the shower head and hose. KarenBarn ([*** Link removed ***] combined several lots of my order into 1 shipment after I have made my payment from PayPal, it takes them 3 weeks to deliver my order, upon inspection from FedEx, I discovered that there are several items are missing. I take pictures of the individual of order, to show that the missing item is not on the FedEx tracking list. After several weeks of back and forth between the seller Karen Barn and PayPal with no results, I call my CC Company -BoA to charge back and got my full refund. You are playing a Russian roulette with the KarenBarn and Slibuy.com. They are crooked and scam seller that take your hard earn $$$ from you. Shame on them! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you (KarenBarn/Slibuy.com).
