    Heart mentioned I needed to do some work on my car. I was suspicious that the work really needed to be done so I took my car to another mechanic who said the car was perfectly fine. When I called Heart they did admit their mistake and paid me the $60 to pay the other mechanic. In the past, Heart or Duxler as they used to be called has pushed me to do work that did not need to be done and on those occasions I did the extra work. On those two occasions they admitted they were at fault and promised that things would be different but they obviously aren't. I would stay away from this auto shop.

    I took my car there this past June to have a number of things looked at for warranty work. Only 1 of about 5 things actually got done and was done completely and correctly. I bought a car from this dealership back in the mid 90s and brought it for service as well as my other GM car at the time and found them fair and reasonable and the work done good to great, which is why I brought my current car to them for service. What a difference 20 years can do. ;-) This service department experience was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a service department. They had my car for roughly 7 days, which by the shop manuals should have taken no more than 2-3 days maybe 4 days if they had to order and wait for parts-- IF all the work was actually done and done correctly. I wound up taking the car to another Chevy dealer's service depart to not only complete some of the half completed work (and actual damage they caused to the car-- whole nuther story) but also work this dealer said wasn't possible-- turned out not only possible, but repairable, which of course cost me another 5 days without my car, only the second dealer gave me a free loaner for the now second week to be without my car to fix the problems this dealer clearly should have been able to resolve well within the SEVEN DAYS they had the car. This car is a 3 year old Chevrolet, so there are no excuses as to why the work could not have been done correctly, properly and within a reasonable period of time. Stasek Chevy talks a big game about quality and service, even gives you a card to fill out about your experience, which I did. Got a call back about the card I returned and got voicemail when I tried to call them back. I left a message and never heard from them again....and given this experience, they won't be seeing me again.

    Laura was very responsive in quickly getting a quote, answering questions and following up at each step. The transport company (DRM Transport) and their driver Scott were also very professional and easy to work with. The car arrived on the planned date and everything went very smoothly.

    The company performed the work within the estimated time for the price quoted. There were no unexpected add-ons. The car (an older vehicle) is now running great. They had the opportunity to sell us a new battery as well, but said we didn't need one. I think this is an honest shop that doesn't perform unnecessary work. I will definitely use them again.

    Good but I think it's a bit expensive.

    They did the job on time, they picked up and dropped off the car as they had promised which was quite convenient for somebody who is working full time like me.

    They do a good job if you can afford them they work well.

He does more than oil changes.  He works on foreign cars.  He's very charming.  He's very accommodating and very fair priced.  And he knows what he's doing. He gets excellent on everything and he beats everyone else's price. He gives wonderful, personal service.

    They're good. I don't have any problems with them. I think their prices are fair. Their quality of service is really good. They get me in right away. Everything's on time and I have no issues. They're very thorough. They recommend maintenance stuff and alert me on anything that's coming up. I think they do good work. They're great.

    I will never go back, I thought they sucked. I own a Toyota so I went there and my car needs a synthetic oil change. When I got there, I waited for over an hour even though I had an appointment I had scheduled online. I sat in a really uncomfortable room. When I finally got the bill, they charged me additional money for air filter. I didn't even know if I needed an air filter and they told me I wanted one. I was pissed because it was suppose to be $59 and then it was up to $100. Then I put a bit of a fuss and he gave me 10% off since there was a coupon. I thought this was bs because I could go to Jiffy Lube and be done in 30 minutes or less. I was so pissed. Price was average, nothing special.

    Telly has been servicing my older Mercedes-Benz E500W4 for almost two years. Telly and his crew at MBS Automotive are honest and trustworthy mechanics who are committed to the Mercedes-Benz brand and its enthusiasts. Most recently, I brought in my later model GL450 for an inspection. Telly found a couple problems during his inspection and recommended a series of critical maintenance repairs. Telly and MBS Automotive are extremely busy, but he has made it a point to try to meet customer needs by being upfront about the amount of time it could take to service the vehicles, and by getting things done on time. With the upcoming holiday, I was worried that my car would not be ready, but Telly had it completed on time and on budget as promised. It was another positive experience with Telly and MBS Automotive. I highly recommend MBS for all of your Mercedes-Benz servicing requirements.

    I use Northbrook Toyota.  I used them three months ago.  They had to clean a few parts pertaining to the drive train.  The work itself was good but I'm not sure if I'd knock them down a grade for the price because I didn't rate prices.  I would tell others that it's fine.
