    I knew that MUller HOnda was great for buying new cars but they also have a fabulous auto body shop. My State Farm agent recommended them for repair work on two of my HOndas. 
    they use REAl HOnda parts, are super friendly, and keep you up to date wiht teh repairs process.. 
    Cannot recommend highly enough!

    The last service was complementary. Overall, the service was very good. Everything was smooth. I have been working with them for a long time. We haven't used any other services. With regard to price, I have nothing to compare it with. The quality is very good.

    They were very fair and pleasant to deal with. They were extremely helpful, and our cars haven’t had a single problem in the past three years. It’s been easy to schedule appointments, and have been able to remove scratches from the car at minimal charge. They have a wonderful car wash, too, and even have a brunch on Saturday available! It’s a great dealership and one of the best companies I’ve worked with.

    I email Pauly Honda for a quote for a Honda Odyssey.
    Their price come back as the highest among neighboring Honda dealerships. When I email back and ask for a more competitive price, their replies were condescending and unwilling to negotiate through email.

    I send out a RFQ for a 2012 Odyssey Touring through Edmunds.com to several local dealerships. Danny from Carr?s Honda came back with the lowest quote. We sent back and forth a few time via email on available color, and other alternative cars. Danny was always very responsive to my emails and always offered the most competitive price. Finally I settle on a couple of cars and he gave me the out-the-door price and broken-down all the taxes and fees. We went to their dealership; he showed us the car and confirmed the selling price is as quoted, no surprises.
    The trade-in price they offer for our old car is much lower than the blue book value, but we do not want the hassle to sell our own car, so we pay for the convenience.
    When completing the paperwork with their finance manager, he did offer the extended warranty but was not hard sell. When we said we didn?t want it, he moved on right away and completed the paperwork.

    I requested a quote for a minivan from their Internet department.
    Price came back as one of the highest among surrounding dealers. Email back to see if they can match other dealer���s offer, but they just ask me to come in and said ���will not lose your business over price���.
    Since they are really close to me, so I decided to give the dealership a try.
    Salespersons are civil, but unwilling to negotiate even when I prepared to buy the car right there. After an hour, they finally said they can���t match the price. So I left and bought a minivan that day from another dealership, at the price (I got from their first email without any haggling) Muller said it is impossible.

    Contacted Fletcher Jones after several less than satisfying searches on other dealerships. Stephen was very helpful, professional, and respective of my timing and questions. We went back and forth several times over two weeks on price and other questions. I had also changed my requirements from the EX-L to the Touring. Stephen worked to answer my questions, took my offers seriously even when I made no promises to "come in", and spent time on test drives when I was no ready to buy. In summary, the whole experience was no pressure, up-front, honest, and I also got a great deal in the end as Stephen beat my very best offer from other dealerships. Highly recommended.

    The car was returned washed and vacuumed. The service took under 45 minutes. Service writers are pleasant and professional. I typically work with Debbie. The facility is spotlessly clean, staff is pleasant to deal with from a porter to service manager. I don't mind driving from Northbrook to have my car serviced at Lexus of Naperville.

    We picked the car up on a Thursday or Friday and by the weekend the engine was blowing blue smoke upon startup. We called the dealer and talked to the manager and reminded them of their word about taking the car back since the engine needed to be replaced. This was verified from a Lexus dealer in Glenview. I'll write about that as well. Continental Audi took the car back and gave me back all the money back except the license plate transfer fee which had already been processed. No hassle, no arguing, no long wait. They were very sorry the deal didn't work out and stood by their word, a true rarity in the used car businesss these days.

    The dealership did everything I could have expected, with a strong customer-service attitude, and they lent us a temporary vehicle without our asking. A minor downside: their service department took over a week (which seemed longer than necessary) to get things right with the car, aside from replacing the remote-starter-fobs, which took over two weeks.
