AA-1 Safety Chimney Service, Inc.Very well. The crew of 2 arrived early and finished the job within 2 hours. I originally had squirrels nesting withing the stack and water had damaged the ductwork with rust and ducting that collapsed. There was no flow for the carbon monoxide from the furnace, so I had to replace the system.- Stephen T.

The technician searched within a storage area containing stacked furniture and various household items, and was very careful moving them out of his way. As he got closer to the offensive odor he set more things aside and finally saw the dead rat. He dropped it in a heavy plastic bag, tied the bag shut, and treated the site with a non-toxic powder to eliminate the odor and kill bacteria and parasites. He was efficient and respectful. She offered me emergency option and next day option and was clear about what I could expect. I chose next day for financial reasons. Matt was the technician assigned to me and he called to let me know when he would arrive and I was able to walk him through the issue over the phone before he arrived. He was thorough, neat, and kind. He worked efficiently and walked me through each step he was taking to attempt the capture and removal of the trapped bird. Very relieved that it was successful! AABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest MgtGreat service. Efficient, professional, and personable Technician came out and quickly identified the issue (two different nests, one at each doorway). He suited up, grabbed a ladder, puffed some eradicator dust, and informed us that it might take 3-5 days...it took 24 hours. Never felt so relieved to be able to enter and exit our house safely, as well as enjoy the patio with our dogs without worry of being stung. Will definitely use ABC Humane Wildlife Control in the future and would recommend them to everyone. Ask for Jimmy...kid knows his stuff- Tria M.

CI just want to put this review to say that the price asked for the job performed is just outrageous. I have mice issue and the gentleman from mice Hunters came in as scheduled ( that was nice). However, I was expecting him to inspect the unit, see where the mice are coming from, seal some holes (as I read on reviews). None of that happened. He came in, told me that his job is to put 6 bait/traps in the kitchen and that's it. $195 for literally 1 minute. No holes sealed, no inspection, nothing. The same night, I went to Menards and found the EXACT same bait/trap for $8.49 a pack of 4. So, maybe the baits are working, but you can do the same job for less than $10. I will not hire again as the price is ABSOLUTELY not worth it.

AVery smoothly. They came out on a Sunday, same day as we called and set the trap. Tony took the time to educate us on what to expect, and he and my husband kept in touch throughout the week on the status of the trap. When we established a skunk wasn't nesting under our front stoop, we had them come back out to install a screen under the sides of our stoop. Jim came to install and it was easy. He was thoughtful about patting back any dirt he dug up and left no mess at all. Their screen comes w/ a 10yr warranty, which can't be beat. We no longer have to worry if a skunk will try to burrow under our stoop. Would definitely recommend!
