    Find Caregiver Inc
I woke up with a health problem that required a major surgical procedure. That same day, Finecaregiver.com promptly came to my assistance, providing me with a professional compassionate caregiver at a very reasonable cost. Great service from Findcaregiver.com and very affordable placement!!!

"I cant say enough about the Homecare that Josephine received during this last stage of her life. Amanda has always been there for us, and your office staff has done just the same. You keep it simple and always get back to me when I had a question. Thank you all for doing an incredible job. Ken- Lake Bluff, IL"

    Midwest Orthopedics at Rush

He does knees, hips, whatever. He does his surgeries at another location and everything was set up for me; it was painless. Their overall service was excellent. Availability gets a little more dicey. The staff friendliness is very good.

    Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers
They were excellent. These people were exceptional. The hand therapist, the physical therapist, the reception staff, the PT tech, they were all great. They are all very personable, very kind and considerate of everyone. It didn't matter if you were a pain client, if you were old, if you were young, anything like that. They just really tried to make accommodations schedule wise and other wise. I've recommended them to people.

    Nunez, Dr. Michael D.
I fired Dr. Nunez, and his staff. I believe their practice is more interested in the size of their wallets than patient health. If one does not and quot;hop toand quot; when they call, they make securing routine prescriptions difficult and more costly for the patient. They are so rigid that they cannot accommodate professionals who travel and may be on the move for months at a time. The most recent example: I had a physical in January. All was well. I called with a problem in June and they told me they could not assist in even running simple lab tests as I was unavailable for an appointment. I had to find another Doctor. Then later in June the appointment calls began. I called and explained that I was away and would not be returning until September. When I asked why I was being summoned, all I was told was a follow up. No more explanation. I said if lab work was involved that they could send me the order and I could have it performed while traveling. They said no, it would wait. From that point forward, routine medications (10 years+) were not being refilled or in short supply to force an appointment and I had to argue with the staff to solve problems they created. My new Doctor tells me the tests were not medically necessary based on the medications. I believe my Doctor should be my partner in health, not my adversary. If testing for medications was so important, why was it delayed for months? Upon arrival at Dr. Nunez's office for the final time, I was told that I had to come in so lab work could be done that required fasting. Having not been notified of fasting, I had not done so. When I told the receptionist this, she said I needed an appointment to get a lab order. I replied that as someone who works in the field of medicine, I know this to be false. This is completely ridiculous and makes my previous point. Dr. Nunez and his team are more interested in their wallets than my health.

    Dr. William Mohs
Dr Mohs was very professional and explained in detail why that occurred and how to prevent future occurrences. He said my condition was not severe so provided prescription for a topical application. Worked out well and the nails on my toes are growing out nicely.

Dr. Anthony Petrone/Dr. Alfred Petrone/ Dr. Barnes
They treated my lower back issues as well as after an initial assessment, they discovered that I had limited mobility in my neck and upper shoulders. I was treated by Dr. Patrone using their electronic adjustment machine as well as significant physical therapy. I feel the physical therapy helped the most as I continued to do it at home which contributed to me losing over 30 lbs. since I started treatment with Dr. Patrone. His physical therapy team are top notch and use many different stretching methods as well as mechanical methods of strengthening the muscles necessary to improve my posture and core strength. This made the biggest difference and helped me overcome the aches and pains. The entire office staff is really friendly and although it not the most esthetically pretty office, it is an effective place to get treatement and relieve pains you may be experiencing.

    Midwest Sports Medicine
First appointment with provider was at the end of August. I set this up based on an Internet search of experienced providers in Chicago area. He performed an extensive physical including X-Ray of the hip. Suggested Birmingham procedure. Gave me a patient reference as well and suggested I do so with any Doc before getting this complicated procedure done. Reference checked out great and had procedure done seven weeks later. Was in hospital for three days with excellent care. I was walking with crutches for a couple of weeks, then a cane. Now walking normally. Very little pain of which I attribute much to providers surgical skill.

    Geismar, Dr. Deborah
I love Dr. Geismar. I have been with her for many years. She is very good and I travel very far to see her now. Because I do live a distance away she is willing to do some things over the phone. I am also able to get blood work locally so I do not have to make a trip in to see her. So she makes it very convenient for me and I only see her when I need to.
