    They were EXTREMELY receptive and service oriented. Love that they pick up and drop off. In addition, received a new blade from the factory which did not seem sharp. They came back and further sharpened. Great service and great outcome. Highly recommend!!!

    Service was performed by next day. Wish they would have cleaned-up the mower deck. It still had lawn dust from regular use, but it was serviced as charged, and runs like new. Starts on one pull. Martin was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would use their service again.

    The service was excellent, and it was very prompt. I had done it there a few years ago, and they are very good. I have done it several times before in the past. They got it back real quick like a day or two later. I didn't need it right away because there is no grass yet. It is a regular check up, so you know what they are doing before they do it. The service is good at a reasonable price, and they get everything done promptly, and they are a good outfit. They are not cheap, and I compared a few other places, and they were reasonable than other places in town.

    Bob services and sells refurbished mowers.  He is a joy to deal with, a complete professional, and his prices border on "too low" meaning I almost feel guilty because you get so much value for your $$.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    I brought the lawnmower in approximately May 5th.  I was simply told they would give me a call when they had an estimate for me.  3 Days later I called to see what was going on, and I was told it hadn't been looked at yet, but they should get to it that day.  They called back later to give me the estimate and I gave them the go ahead to fix it.  About 3 1/2 weeks later i call to enquire about the lawnmower, was put on hold as they seemed to look for the account, then told they had to order a part, but amazingly, it should be ready the very next day.  3 more days pass and I again call back.  Again I am put on hold to seemingly look for the account, then told I will be given a call back as soon as possible...why I don;t know.  I am called back an hour and a half later and told that it is ready.  I go in to the place and have a discussion with the manager of the service dept. about my concerns about their customer service and am essentially given a half hearted at best apology, all the while being told that my particular machine is difficult to get parts for and that ordering takes a long time.  I was also given the excuse that this is their busy time, making these things take longer.  When I then asked as to why I wasn't initially told on the phone any of these excuses as to why it may take 3 weeks he had no answer.  When I asked why I wasn't told when I brought it in that it may take 4 days to be looked at, he had no answer.  When I asked as to why the only contact made between the two of us was generated by me, the supposed customer, he had no answer.  I was constantly treated as though they were doing me a favor on their time by fixing my mower.  I understand that my push mower is not their big ticket item and that they have bigger fish to fry, but I am still employing their service and even when I brought my concerns forth to the manager fo that department, I was given the standard "I apologize sir" and an excuse in the next sentence, and then essentially dismissed.  Maybe these guys have this particular market cornered here, but I can only hope they will eventually be there own undoing with these policies.  the only thing I'll say is that at  least the lawnmower works now.....never never again.
