    Provider prescribed a one-time use only lotion for rash. It had minimal results. She suggested having it refilled to see if there might be improvement with one more try. MANY skin tests were applied and 'evaluated.' Dana openly said she did not really know what they were when it was time to check the results. She printed out multiple handouts with very general information for me to research on the internet to see if I could discover anything that I might be allergic to, but, again, reiterated that she did not actually know what most of the information contained or what the skin tests were supposed to reveal. In order to schedule an initial appointment, I was required to make a payment over the phone. My insurance does not require any co-payment. To spend several hours in the office at the initial visit and have three additional appointments for skin patch tests and determining results only to have this 'professional specialist' tell me she had no idea what most of the tests actually meant and send me home to do my own research again and find my own treatment is totally unacceptable. For all of this, my insurance company and I are being billed massive amounts. I don't need insurance to research for free on the internet. And I certainly don't need to spend hours over several days to find that this service provider is highly incompetent. On my final visit to have skin patch tests 'evaluated,' the receptionist greeted me by telling me I have a balance on my account. From my first appointment to this final visit was 6 days. How can this be an appropriate greeting? This provider and company is in the business of collecting money, but not in the business of actual professional patient care.

    Very competent skills, and friendly demeanor -- but feel the cost of dentistry in B/N has gotten out of control.  Without any appreciable discounts via insurance normal care is unaffordable for many.  I am considering taking a vacation to Costa Rico and considering having my necessary work done there.  I understand Mexico has some very good options as well.

    He does root canal. He has up-to-date equipment. He knows his stuff and he is through. I had a root canal done 10 years ago and it was not done thoroughly and it had infection in my bone and he discovered that rather than my dentist. He took care of it and if he had not done it would have develop into something else. His prices are reasonable.

    They have a trunk sale each April. I am going back to get a new pair of sunglasses in about two months. Carla is very helpful--we ask for her whenever we go in for adjustments. Great place to deal with.

    Kind, caring, and just overall wonderful people. |Doctor Ocheltree even noticed a huge discrepancy with my bill, and had that corrected immediately saving me almost $2500! |They do their best to make sure you are comfortable and are not in any pain. I have gone to Doctor Ocheltree a several times now and really like him and his assistants. Highly recommend them!

    They're excellent! Our doctor is extremely good and her patient care is very good. She's just wonderful. We make the appointments and they're good about notifying us. We've never had any problems. The office is efficient and professional. They let us know how long the eye exam will take. They're prompt with the billing.

    It was a good experience. He was easy to talk to and takes time to answer my questions. The staff was kind and courteous. I have to do some therapy and they were so good. They got me in on that day.

    I see him every 6 months. I think he's very down to earth, he has a very good bedside manner and hes very competent. He lays out the options if he thinks you need more treatment and he's very knowledgeable.

    I always leave feeling much better. You have to let them know just what is bothering you the most and how much pressure you want and they go from there. The therapists are all very well trained, considerate, and concerned. Before you leave, they will tell you just what to expect from your body in the next couple of days - drink lots of water to wash out toxins, you might be a little sore and just what to do for that, to take it easy on yourself.
