    Q M R Remodeling
Our kitchen walls, ceiling, cabinets, counters, over range microwave, and built in dishwasher needed to be replaced/installed. We chose Jeff because he is patient and is not trying to push sales, plus he came with a lot of great reviews. We really enjoyed working with him. He was honest and great with communication. He went the extra mile when he could and didn't let the stress of bad weather and unforeseeable obstacles change his professionalism. We will be using his company for future projects and we have already referred him to family members and friends.

I want to state that everything that follows is in my opinion. In my opinion when a job is slated to last 3 weeks and it lasts more than 10 weeks because the contractor has to tear up products that his company has installed over subfloor and walls that they have installed, it just might be the wrong contractor to deal with. It is my opinion that when the painter comes out to paint install surfaces but either can't cut well or blend in the hand brushed surfaces, if might be the wrong contractor to deal with. It is my opinion when a painter comes out to "Varnish" and brings out polyurethane to paint the surfaces with but forgets 40% of the surfaces, it might be the wrong contractor to deal with. It is my opinion that when someone builds a wall it will be flat so that when the same company comes to install granite the backsplash will not leave a 1/4 inch opening behind it in the corner. It is my opinion when final payment is coming up and you state the inspector is coming in the following day for final inspection that I should not be told "The permitting issue and inspection is your deal. Not mine." then demand the final payment before the inspection is done that this is not the contractor I should have chosen. There are so many other issues like adding a seat that was not in the plan then getting mad because I did not want the seat but I think you get the point.

Bathroom turned out great, Shower and vanity relocated, lighting and additional heating added, quieter exhaust fan installed. New door frame and door way added. New tile floor installed with corresponding tile work for a 2 person enclosed custom shower. (could fit 3 people in there). Frank built the bathroom the way it should have been done in the 1st place. He builds things to last.

    A & G Szarawarski Construction & Remodeling
My experience with A@G Szarawarski Construction and Remodeling has been consistent across the spectrum of projects that we have done together for the last six years --work is consistently delivered on-time and and on-budget.  We recently used A@G Szarawarski Construction for new deck. We love our deck a lot, also our new floor around the whole house, beautiful bathroom tiles and tile floor in our kitchen. It has been pleasant experience to have client and contractor working relationship, it make it easy for planning and  the job. I recommend A@G Construction unreservedly for jobs both big and small. You may use us as a reference for all the job done.

    Contract Can Inc.
KD home remodeling was a great company to do business that I would highly recommend. Kevin, the company's owner, was a good fellow who was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the work I needed to have done. This work started out as planning to have installed 850 sq ft of Luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first level of my home after I had removed the currently installed various types of flooring. Kevin made a great suggestion to install tile in the small area in front of my fireplace because as it was, it was not up to code because there was not a nonflammable area directly in front of the hearth. Another issue that had to be addressed was the floor in my family room had to have an additional half inch thickness of subflooring added on to bring it up to the same height as the flooring from adjoining rooms. Even after I had to ask them to take up half of a room's worth of planking to replace some scratched planks (Not their fault....caused by furniture that didn't have felt on bottom of legs being slid and some subpar new product straight out of the box), they took it all in stride and just took care of the concerns calmly and efficiently. It was evident they were very conscientious about the job and wanted the end result to be to my satisfaction.....which it absolutely was!
I would not hesitate to hire KD home remodeling again for any big projects around the house.

    Proline Plumbing, Inc.
The owner responded to all of the needs. The person that they sent us was never on time. We still have problems with the toilet that they put in because the floor and the seal around it wasn't done correctly. If anybody sits on that toilet, it shakes. That would be my big negative about Proline. I don't think that I would use them again.

    Philbin Construction & Remodeling Co
I was very pleased w/ Jack's professionalism, suggestions, and flexibility when determining what we finally wanted to accomplish (we had him estimate 3 or 4 different scenarios before settling on one). As far as the work itself, Glenn worked by himself in the tear down and remodel w/ the exception of the installation of the countertop - loved his attention to detail, the cleanliness given a complete tear down, and the ease to work with. He dealt w/ our dogs very well and we felt very comfortable w/ him to the point where we if we had to leave him alone in the house or give him access when we weren't home, we let him do his thing. All in all, the bathroom looks great and we already have some projects that if we pull the trigger on, will have Philbin do the work.
