ABest Windows IncI can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! ABerg Roofing and Home ImprovementsWe needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. AI contacted three local companies to obtain quotes for replacing my front door. I had a particular brand and door in mind, which was sold by each of the three firms. Don was the last of the three to come out to give me a quote. He was extremely thorough, and very patiently answered all of my questions. The next day he delivered the quote. I was extremely surprised to find it was about $900 lower than the next lowest quote. I kept pestering Don with questions to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. And it turns out they just have lower overhead which allows them to be more competitive on price. The installer was very prompt, and did a great job installing the door. It's exactly what I wanted and looks great. From start to finish, Don and Sandy (in the office) were fabulous to work with. I would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

AI looked at both big box store doors as well as this custom route, and we are very happy about going this way. I contacted All Custom Glass after finding out one of our walls was not perfectly straight and would not allow for a standard frameless door. The standard ones also tend to only swing one direction, and we love our door from All Custom Glass that swings in/out, so that you keep the water dripping into the shower when you are finished :). From the sales process, we were very happy about their administrative staff that quoted out 4 different options for me between low-iron glass and adding showerguard, as well as the team that came onsite. All members of their team were very honest when I asked for their option about which direction to go (they were recommending the lower cost options). I ended up going with 3/8 glass frameless with showerguard which has a guaranteed coating for life. We are very happy we went with all custom glass as well as showerguard. Our daily squeegeeing lasted about 1 month, and since then it has been great knowing that we only need to clean the glass ever 2-3 weeks. They also have a guarantee and will come out to fix any issues within the first year in case humidity or other factors cause any issues with the doors/etc.

AThe company did excellent work. The owner was particularly responsive and swift at all stages, from initial meeting and proposal through to the finish, and was receptive to all questions. Prior to the work, the house had mismatch stucco patterns and needed cracks and corners repaired. This provider attended to all those details, including things we hadn't noticed. The house looks terrific now! I cannot recommend this company enough - Very high satisfaction!

FArrogant, rude owner. I called Window Pac because I needed an estimate to repair 26 windows in my home in Frankfort. Michael called me and asked a few questions about my windows. When I told him I would be getting several quotes he informed me that he “ is the best in the business with plenty of work and did not want to haggle over prices.” I was shocked because I was only calling to try to set up a time for him to look at the windows and had not even mentioned pricing- only that I was getting quotes on the work. I explained to him that I planned to pay cash and choose the contractor I felt would do the best work. He refused to set up a time to come out to provide a quote but asked me to go outside and take photos because he “ didnt want to waste my time or his.’ I texted him the photos and he texted back that he would have to replace the glass and sashes. I explained that I understood that and that was what I wanted a quote on. I asked again to set up a time for him to come look at the windows to provide a quote and he never texted back. For someone who claims to be the “best” he was the absolute worst I have spoken to. The other companies I called were happy to schedule a time to come look at our windows and to provide written quotes. F. This was a bad interaction and I would not recommend this company.

AI got an estimate and appointment with this company. They were extremely prompt in arriving and started the work on the Pella wooden bay window. All of the rotted sill pieces and sashes were removed and new wood was attached in it's place - the bay window had 2 casement windows and one fixed picture window and all of them had to be repaired. They painted the new wood and trim after they were done and cleaned up when the work was finished. They also repaired a piece of my wood siding that had the same issue. I was impressed with the work they did, they were very professional and their prices are reasonable. I will be hiring them again for similar work that I have.
