    Dermatology Limited--Naperville
Good staff, friendly, not too much waiting time. Getting an appointment was tough as they were booked. Besides, the doctor could have prescribed an ointment or cream. But I was asked to use otc cream and it was not effective. I was not happy with the ineffective treatment for rashes on my face.

DuPage Medical Group - Town Square
all doctors were booked for months out - some a year!
I made an appointment with a physician assistant that cost me the same price.
info seemed ok, but no written instructions provided.
    the got my prescription right.

    Premier Dermatology
I had recurring insect bites primarily on my lower extremities and one bite was blistering and getting worse.  I made an appointment with Dr. Kelleher to have the condition examined.  They were able to schedule an appointment on extremely short notice, which was great as I would be a new patient.  A couple of days before my visit, the blistering and bites began to heal, but I went ahead with the visit.  Dr. Kelleher noted the condition and suggested a biopsy of the blistering area and one other bite.  I would need to come back in a week to have the two stitches removed and another follow-up visit to discuss the results of the biopsy.  Insurance covered all but $400 of the biopsy visit.  This was my first surprise.  Second and third surprise came as I was not expecting to pay for the visit to have stitches removed, nor the follow-up visit to tell me the results of the biopsy.  I was billed for both visits.  I contact billing to discuss the charges for the subsequent visits.  I mentioned to them that Dr Kelleher had stated during my initial visit that there would be no charge for the visit to have stitches removed.  They indicated that there were no notes in the file to indicate there would be no charge for the visit, but they would remove the charge.  They would not remove follow-up visit to tell me the results of the biopsy.  In hindsight, given the blistering was beginning to heal, I wish I would not have authorized the biopsy.  Also, going forward, should I return to Premier Dermatology, I will have a more in depth discussion of potential cost and results.  I will also ask that discussions regarding cost be documented in the file.
I thought the facility was extremely nice, and the staff was great.  I suggest you fully discuss cost so you are not surprised by medical bills and charges for routine follow-up visits that may not be charged by other doctors.

    Edward Hospital
I went there for the delivery of my first child. They took really good care of me and my baby. Would definitely recommend this hospital to others. It would really be nice if they had more vegetarian options on their menu for food after 7 pm because their cafeteria loses at 7 pm. However, I was very happy with all their other services.

GREAT!  Very nice Staff!   Very clean and efficient office.  He was ON TIME, has a great knowledge and communicates extremely well.  First visit but I would trust him again going forward.  He really knows his field of medicine.

    Semba, Dr. Laura L
It was an on-going basis as of 2002 and then Dr. Laura Semba dropped us. I think she just wants to specialize on regular dental surgeries, it's probably more lucrative the reconstructive surgery. She's very sincere, I think knowledgeable and talented. The stuff that she did looks great. She just comes across as friendly and definitely shows concern with the patient. She is very good.

Coldwater Creek The Spa - Naperville
They do manicures and pedicures and facials and also massages. I love their pedicures because you sit in a recliner. I have a bad back and a bad neck, so for me that's really good. You sit in this big recliner and they put a heat wrap around your neck and they put a warm blanket over you and an eye mask. They then have you take three sniffs of something like lavender that sort of puts you to sleep. It's $55 and my girlfriend and I do spa weeks because you can get really cheap deals and go to different places, but I always come back to Coldwater Creek because I just think it's the best. Coldwater Creek actually put your feet in a bowel and then they pour the water over your feet while you're reclining back in the recliner. I even took my nieces one year during Christmas time. I've always had a wonderful pedicure there. The pedicure is 45 minutes long and first you go to a room where you can sit and rest and they offer you water and the thing around your neck and they offer it all again when you go in the room for your pedicure. It's $55 and it's usually pretty silent too and nobody has their phones out and normally it's soothing music playing in the background. The facials are very good, but the thing for me is the pedicure. They are hard sometimes to get in.

He did fine. It was a very long wait and his office staff leaves a bit to be desired. They were generally rude and I was kept waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time. That generally isn't that bad but they have a sign in their office stating that if you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, they will cancel your appointment. Apparently that does not apply to them. When I pointed that out to them they got really snarly and snippy. I explained that I had taken off work to be there and that I didn't appreciate sitting there when I could have been finishing my day at work. They didn't work us in or they overbooked and things were running really far behind. I told them to either not have that sign about the ten minutes or let us know that they were running that far behind so we could adjust our day.

Coldwater Creek The Spa - Naperville
It's a true Spa, not just in the back of a hair salon where you can't enjoy the spa because you hear all the chitter chatter.  It's very quite, and "spa like".  They only do massages, facials and related skin treatments. The prices might seem a little higher than normal, but you get the treatment, plus more.  It's not like adding a massage to a cut and blow dry.  They have a waiting area where you change into a robe, and they give you a hot neck wrap, and a foot soak.  If you do have to wait a few minutes it's not unpleasant, by any means.  They are very professional, and accommodating.  They try to work around your schedule. They also offer discounted packages, instead of purchasing each individual service.
