    Golan's Moving & Storage Inc
The move went well and they were very supportive and clearly valued. In essence they did everything on time, packaged well, and delivered on time, un packaged and assembled, without any breakage. The team remained in our new home until everything was right.

I had an excellent experience working with century moving. From the estimate to the final move, they were professional, reliable and well-priced. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

    J & P Moving Service, Inc.
The J&P team was AMAZING!!! These guys showed up like a swat team. After a few minutes it was obvious that my help was just slowing them down. They hand wrapped our sets of fine china and crystal, plus all our everyday stuff. All furniture was cushion wrapped and carefully carried to the truck. They were done in no time, and the bill was spot on to the estimate! We are using them again in a week to move my fiancs house from Chicago to AZ. They have it all planned out, they took all the worry out of a stressful week. John, Anthony and Cameron are the rock stars of the moving game!!!

    Johnny On The Move Inc
I have moved over a half a dozen times in my life. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I should have suspected as much when they were able to book my move within a few days, and they gave me an estimate that was considerably less than the competitors. I learned my lesson the hard way! Here's the sequence of events. Please learn from my experience and never, never choose this awful, low rate company. They are professional scammers: 1. I set up my services and received confirmation of a deposit for 50 dollars charged to my credit card for booking the services. No other instructions were sent to me via text or mail until the evening before the move. 2. The evening before the move, I received a confirmation email for the services, including confirmation on the rate for four movers and instructions about the need to pay cash and that payment would be due before the truck was unloaded. I have to say that this was never communicated to me ahead of time and if I had known, I would have considered a second opinion at the time of the booking. Who pays for a service before the job is completed? Only somebody who is planning to scam you, that's for sure! 3. The movers showed up on time, but only with three movers instead of 4. I was notified that the rate "would be adjusted." You have to realize, however, that this significantly slowed down the process, as you had only two people loading for the first 3 hours and one person doing the unassembling of the furniture. The fourth person showed up 3 hours later, and then the "4-person" rate started counting at that point according to the foreman. 4. When we arrived at the destination, I proceeded to pay $1060 (it was $1057, but he had no change) after the foreman gave me his estimate of time. I knew they were going to go over because it was only the foreman assembling things back together (that he personally chose to unassembled completely). I still don't understand why he had to take a dining table entirely apart. He then didn't even know how to put back together, and it took him twice as long, causing damage to the legs of my very fine dining table. He also chose to take down apart an Ikea sofa totally, when it was probably not necessary to do so, and he was unable to put it back together. 5. Of note, I was helping the whole time, taking down the padding, moving boxes around, etc., trying to expedite the process. 6. As I realize that things were going to go over the estimated time I was given (4:15 pm), I decided to head over to the ATM to get more cash for the balance due and for tips to the crew. The foreman told me he calculated just another half hour and that "I had to pay for that half hour right then and there." I explained that I was going to the ATM and he became insulting and he said that if I didn't pay right there and then for the extra half hour, he would have to stop working. I told him that I didn't have money, so he proceeded to unload the rest of my belonging and just left him at the curve. He refused to assemble the remaining Ikea sofa, they did not unpack the TV; they did not move the remaining boxes to the corresponding places or even dispose of the trash. 7. I contacted the owner by email and by phone. I call multiple times for several weeks and never got a response. I requested a copy of my signed contract and never got a response. 8. I have read other reviews and realized they have a similar modus operandi. They request to get paid in advance, and if the job goes over the estimated time and there is no more cash to pay in advance, they leave the job unfinished. However, none of this is explained ahead of time. The furniture is not well cared for. They are rude, and they do not respond when you attempt to contact them. They should be put out of business. I have already filed a complain to the consumer's bureau.

    Century Moving Inc
Century did an outstanding job from beginning to end! We were very apprehensive about which moving company to select since we were seeing many horror stories as we researched movers. We chose Century based on good reviews, and they certainly deserve those good ratings. Starting with the estimator who was very thorough, honest and professional, and the cost ended up right on her estimate. Communication with the office on scheduling the day was great, and they even adjusted the day when we saw rain forecast for the originally scheduled day. The crew of 5 did an outstanding job, especially considering the temperature that day was in the 90s! We have a few VERY heavy pieces, and a number of delicate pieces with glass/mirrors, and were concerned about damage, both to the furniture as well as to the walls of the houses on both ends. We also have a very narrow staircase to the second floor with a 90 degree turn that created an additional challenge. They took care to wrap and pad everything, and handled it all without incident. They were very friendly and professional throughout the day. They were constantly checking with us to be sure we were satisfied. We hadnt planned on moving some coats/clothes, but they offered wardrobe boxes for no additional charge and took those. We would highly recommend Century to anyone.

Gabriel and team arrived on team. They did a great job in getting the move and transfer of furniture to 2 homes. although it took longer than expected , it was the mover's problem. Just had a lot to move. They stayed work until 11 pm and Gabriel did not lose his smile and try any shortcut. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to others and use them myself Thanks Issam

Ive already recommended your company to two other people and one of them already called and someone is going out to give them a quote. I move many times and this was by far the least stressful and best company I have ever dealt with. You have me as a customer for life.

    EZ Movers Inc
My help had an emergency so I wasn't completely packed when they came, but was about 90% packed. They worked very hard and were careful. It was bid out as a truck and a half. When the truck was full the driver asked if I really wanted to take the remaining items! Well yes, I want my antique secretary, patio furniture, bicycles, and garage full of tools! Maybe he was joking. All boxes were clearly marked. But about 1/3 of the items ended up on the wrong floor of the house, including some heavy items that I had to hire MORE help to get to the right place in the house. I have a 100 lb fossil that they just laid ON MY COUCH. Until I could get help moving it I couldn't use my couch! They rushed me through the signature process and the checking of the truck. (Of course we were all exhausted by that point.) At one point I was supposed to sign that I had received some phamplets about my rights, I hadn't gotten them, the driver said "You'll get them later by email". But I was signing a legal document! That isn't right. They refused to take lamps and wall art because it wasn't packed. I had been led to believe they would be shrink wrapped and moved. So I had to go back later for a couple of car loads of stuff. I had three items for the curb and told them so, they just left them in my house and I had to remind them. They're getting paid by the hour, I don't understand the resistance. IF you hire them, make sure there is a RESTED person on the receiving end to make sure things go where they should. Write down your wishes such as "x and y go to the curb". Their price was reasonable and so far all my items appear undamaged.

    Good Move Movers
I stopped worrying about my china cabinet as soon as I saw this crew working. They treated it like it was one of their own family heirlooms. They showed up when they said they would, and they were careful and professional. I would call this company again if I needed something moved.

    Element Moving & Storage
I could not be more thankful for Element Moving & Storage. I am a co-founder for a non-profit for Haiti. We are located in the Chicagoland area and happened to be blessed with donors, located in Dallas, TX, who had donations to give us. Element Moving & Storage company was the answer! All 44 boxes of donations were safely packed and delivered by Element. Everyone we worked with over the phone and in person were kind and very professional. I would like to highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a trustworthy, dependable moving company. Many Haitians will be blessed by the items donated that are now in our hands!
