    The customer service reps are AMAZING.  The initial call to create my account was pretty lengthy, but very thorough and the rep was very pleasant to work with.  For $199 I received a wireless security system for my home, and now I pay $44/month for service.  I had a few technical issues with my system, and dealing with customer service is a breeze and they shipped me a new unit right away.  I would definitely recommend Frontpoint.

    I purchased the big deal and was contacted the next day.  They were very persistent with calling, every couple of hours.  Set up the delivery and monitoring.  System arrived when projected and was easy to install.  Called to activate system which took about 20 minutes.  Following activation, I never received the online log in information, so I called the following day.  It seemed that the system wasn't activated the first time I called and had to be redone.  They were very professional and apologized for any inconvenience.  They made sure everything was set up correctly, and that I received my online log in information as well as the certificate for my insurance company before getting off the phone.  Overall I am happy with the service.

    Upon activating the system exactly according to their manual, I noticed that my home phone line went dead.

    I called the service rep and tried to get my home line back with no luck,  including all of his help.  I carefully

    repacked and returned the system for a refund.  It took over 2 months to finally get a refund check, and I had

    to go through at least 5 different so-called service reps, several who would not return my calls, to finally get a

    check.   Several times I was lied to by being told that the Post Office returned the check, which I learned was

    They're great. I'm very happy with that. We're very happy with the security system. I'm going every month. They sent us the kit and we installed it ourselves. We've been overall extremely satisfied with the system. It was easy for us to do the installation. It's pretty problem-free.

    They were absolutely wonderful. First of all they actually did everything they said they would do. Calling customer support is a pleasure. Unlike most companies where you are put through phone-tree h*** they get you over to a human right away. They are actually really helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was very surprised. I am so used to being treated as a headache when calling into customer service centers. Not here! I have had occasion to call them a few times with questions and they were able to assist me promptly each time. 
    I ordered this package and they shipped it to me. I followed the directions they supplied and easily installed the system. I then called their activation center and had it activated. Simple as that! The equipment appears to be well made and durable as well. I am glad I made this decision!

    They are fantastic! We can monitor and control our system from wherever I am and I really love that! It was fast and the representative had everything sent to us within three days. It's a do-it-yourself installation, but it's all wireless. It is wonderful! You can control it from your smart phone or laptop. We are really happy with it!

    From start to finish it was quite a pleasure dealing with Rein.  From Rochelle setting up the appointments to the quote to Paul providing the work, everything was easy and accurate.  I've worked in trades before, and the craftsmanship was top notch.  On time for the quote, the repairs, and the follow up repairs (attic fan out of order and out of stock).  Also gets points for answering all my random questions.  Would absolutely hire them again.
