    Pro Team Works Inc
Very professional company. Got an appointment very quickly. I was not home when the work was done so did not meet the service rep. I am not able to get on a ladder to check the work but the gutters are no longer overflowing when it rains so I am pleased.

They are prompt and professional. We had all our windows (inside & outside) and screens cleaned. We had our foyer chandelier cleaned. They made every sparkling clean. I would highly recommend The Pro Work Team Inc.

This was the easiest gutter cleaning they ever did. I thought there was evidence of gutter overflow on one corner of my house. I wanted the gutters checked even though I was fairly certain there were no leaves. (We removed all of the trees near the house a couple of years ago.) The technician did a thorough check and found no blockage. His opinion was that the gutters were undersized and that was what was causing the overflow. I would hire them again but I doubt I will have a need to.

This has not gone well. For some time I have been attempting to get a response from Home Service Corner to schedule and clean my home's duct work. Now no one ever answers the telephone ("All our people are busy at the moment but we will return a call within 15 minutes.") and no one ever has returned a call. Since I am now outside of the Angie's List 30-days refund window, HomeServiceCorner now has my money and clearly does not intend to perform the contracted-for service. THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS and I am disappointed with Angie's List for having an association with it. Beware before you contract with HomeServiceCorner for any service. I have "been had!"

they came almost after dark, go right on top my roof for the job. I can't really speak for the quality because I can't see the result. also I am not sure if they flushed/cleaned my downspout. I don't have drainage problem anymore though. would give A if they communicate with me better before and after the job. but other than that no complaint

They responded to my request quickly to schedule a time to complete the gutter cleaning. They came out to clean the gutters for the day they confirmed. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Called for a quote on a smaller job for a few downspouts that needed to be redone after some external house work. Got a hold of someone on the initial call, and was advised to send pictures to his email address prior to getting a quote. Was advised that I'd receive a quote shortly after receipt of the emailed photos. Well, that was a week ago; no further follow-up and on calling the company again, no one picks up. If you have to chase them down for a quote, what kind of service is going to happen if you actually pick them for a job. I can't imagine how they got the super service award at Angie's list. I was contacted by the company and was given a quote on the day this review was posted

The techs were super nice and performed the job professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and left the debris in a garbage bag. Also appreciated them pointing out an issue with one of the gutters and recommending a service who could fix it.

Ive never left a negative review on Angies List. This is my first one. After neglecting to purchase a deal for gutter cleaning through Angies List, I found this company on Groupon. $83 for gutter and downspout cleaning. They came on Tuesday, 12/5. I was not home, but my parents were babysitting my kids at the time. A guy pulled up in an old van with no company logo or anythingkind of sketchy. He proceeded to take a leaf blower and clean out the gutters. When he was done he had my dad sign paperwork and he left. My dad looked out the back window and noticed one of the two story downspouts in pieces in the bushes in the backyard. He notified me and I called the company. Company said theyd come the next day (Wednesday to fix it). After no one coming by 3:00 on Wednesday, I called again and spoke to a different person who seemed to have no idea that someone was scheduled to come by and fix it. After a few minutes on hold she said the guys were on their route and would be there by 4 or 5. I got a voicemail around 5 saying that someone would come on Thursday instead. On Thursday no one had come by 3:00, so I called again. This time the woman who answered said that she re-examined the original report and the guy wrote that the downspout was already on the ground when he arrived, due to high winds. I pointed out how much of a coincidence it was that the one day all year that I have a guy come clean my gutters, that happened to be that day my downspout fell down? We did have high winds that day, but the likelihood still seems odd. Additionally, he did not mention a broken downspout when we signed for the work. Wouldnt he have mentioned it to us sometime while he was performing the service? Woman on the phone said that the guys in the truck were at the end of their route and theyd be here by 5 or 6. I waited till 6:15 and called again. Spoke with the same guy from when I originally called. He said that they were down a guy on the route the last few days because he had to go to the hospital. I mentioned how clearer communication about that limitation, as well as being realistic about when the downspout could be reattached would have eliminated this hassle and me calling a bunch of times when no one is showing up. In other words, Why do you keep telling me youll come when you know its too difficult to get here and do it? So he said theyd fix it and theyd be there in a half hour. By 7 a guy rang my doorbell and said he was here to fix the downspout. Obviously its incredibly dark. He said it was just 1 story, right? I said no, its the second story. He said, so well have to get the ladder out? I said, yes, I think so. Clearly, he did not expect or want to put a 2 story downspout back on in complete darkness, which I understand. Im not sure why the company was trying to tack us on after dark to fix this, especially if theyre down a guy. Why not just tell me a for sure date a few days away and make it in daylight so these guys can see what theyre doing? Anyway, he comes back in 10 minutes and says its all done. I thank him and think this is all over. Friday I take a walk back to my backyard and see that theres only 2 screws holding the whole downspout upright at the bottom. No screws where the gutter connects or the top strap. Id guess that they probably didnt even get the ladder out. Im attaching a picture to show the fix. I never called back because I definitely feel no one at this company cared at all about fixing this right or communicating effectively. Ill need to just climb up there and screw in the downspout myself. I definitely should have used a different company, but I figured, can a cheap company really screw up cleaning my gutters? Ends up answer is yes. Like I said, never taken the time to actually write a bad review (and Ive wasted 20 minutes writing this), but I think this company (and Angies List customers) needs to know what this experience was like from my end. I understand mistakes happen, but its about how you fix them. I felt strung along, and based on the fix I got the message loud and clear to just shut up and quit bugging them. So, time to get the ladder out an fix this myself.

Went great! They showed up on the day scheduled and cleaned out the leaves from my gutters. Some of the leaves that were cleaned out of my gutters landed on my lawn and they raked them up for me. I will continue to use them again!
