    Paul V Caputo DDS
Dr. Caputo and his entire staff can be counted on to be friendly, professional and very good at their jobs. My wife is very picky, however, I wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Caputo to her when she needs some immediate dental attention. She is 100% happy with the results. That says it all!

    Codo, Dr. Edward A.
Dr. Codo is my regular dentist. I've been his patient for about two years. I didn't start with him through Angie's List, but from the recommendation of a friend. I have been very pleased with his services. I am a senior and have no dental insurance. Dr. Codo is mindful of the costs and tries to keep good dental care affordable. He and his staff are friendly and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

The overall experience was very impressive and reaffirmed why I made a switch from a provider I had used for a long time. Expertise and Experience: Dr. Chung, as a pediatric dentist, is caring, knowledgeable, and very thorough in educating little ones and their parents on preventive care. Her team is very careful and thorough in caring for little patients, cleaning their teeth, and putting them at ease. It's evident that the team loves working with children and care about educating them about good habits. Beyond that, I know Dr. Chung has worked on very complex dental needs and situations for kids, so it's great to know that the expertise is resident should we ever need it. Dr. Perez, my dentist, was also very thorough and helpful in evaluating me as a new patient. She made observations and noted longer-term "issues" to watch that my prior dentist had never raised. Her team was also very diligent, helpful and knowledgeable--briefing Dr. Perez on their observations. Overall Customer Experience: You receive the Cadillac experience at Grove. I know my daughter thinks visits to the dentist are fun! They implement all the right distractions for kids, starting from reception area (toys, books), to TVs everywhere, to the goody bag kids receive. The same goes for adult care. The practice has taken deliberate efforts to make their customers' experiences pleasant, educational and fun. On top of that, it's nice knowing that a business I support gives back to the community (for example, they've offered free examinations to veterans on Veteran's Day in the past). Cost: I pay even less out-of-pocket than I did with my prior provider because Grove participates in a few dental carrier networks, where many family dentistry practices are often out-of-network. This was a huge plus for me. Technology: As impressed as I was by the people, I also "nerded out" on all of the technology they implement, from the way they capture digital images of your teeth/mouth to how they clean your teeth. Again, part of their comprehensive care. As a customer, it gives me confidence that this practice doesn't cut corners and they stay up to date on the latest technologies that can benefit their patients. One of the reasons I left my prior dentist is because it seemed that her comfort level and interest was only in "maintenance" work, versus more invasive or complex procedures. During my visit, Dr. Perez's team found a small bump on the roof of my mouth that she said she'd continue to watch, but that they have access to expert surgeons who could weigh in if it ever became an issue. Good to know that my provider is well-networked! I highly recommend Grove to friends and family. It's worth making a switch for all of the reasons I mentioned. While I haven't needed to explore complex treatments, I'm glad that the knowledge, technology, and capabilities are there for me if/when I do have issues.

The procedure of replacing the crown on my back molar went very well.  Dr. Caputo cleaned up the tooth under the crown and then fitted me with a temporary till the new crown arrived.  The staff was very concerned that I was comfortable and felt no pain.  I did not have any pain.  Dr. Caputo did the work competently and efficiently.  I am very pleased with the new crown.  The crown fit perfectly with only one very minor adjustment.  I was very impressed with the fitting of the new crown.  I am very pleased with the work done and the care and concern from the staff.

The office staff is wonderful and very helpful.  I feel confident when I call that they will do everything they can to accommodate my needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Caputo and have referred him many times to our friends.

Always greeted like we are a member of the family. Staff is punctual and very friendly and the dentists are the best. Every detail is explained before something is going to happen -- and we leave knowing we have been treated with kid gloves. We have always had a positive experience --- and going back is never an issue and if one can look forward to their next dentist appointment -- then this is the case. Give Dr Caputo's office a try -- you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Caputo took the fear out of the Dentist experience for me. He has a great charisma about him and he let me know what he was doing and what to expect so I was not startled by the unexpected. I was given a pair of goggles to wear so the light was not a problem and no water splashes to worry about, and no gross spitting, suctioning takes care of that . His office is very charming and calming and there were even photo ceiling tiles and a t.v. to take the focus off patient worry. His Staff is super friendly and the best part of all is it doesn't have that "Dentist Smell". He takes his time explaining tooth care and what if any potential problems he sees. I went to see him because I had tooth pain and he was nearby however I wasn't looking for a family dentist but after this visit, I believe I have found my new forever family dentist, my experience was that good.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Caputo's for many years.  His service and professionalism is outstanding.  I have referred many of my friends to Dr. Caputo over the years and they all feel the same way.  Dr. Caputo and his staff make my visit to the Dentist a comfortable experience.  Please don't retire any time soon.

My pharmacy had some difficulty securing my prescription. Dr. Brown and his assistant Angie personally got involved to secure it with the pharmacy and to make sure my recovery was going well  At his office I feel no pressure to do unnecessary work and find them willing to work with my schedule.  Their pricing is reasonable and I would recommend Dr. Brown's office as a primary dentist or as a second opinion doctor.

I was pleasantly surprised at how diligent Dr. Brown and Angie worked to make my extractions smooth and seamless.  I felt they were truly concerned with my well being, not only during the procedure but also during my recovery.

    Respectfully,

    R. Robbins

I had to pay, I'd never seen this before, they separate your mouth in quadrants, upper, lower, left side, right side. It's $50 for each quadrant. I have no confidence in them. I am going to drop them and just pay out of pocket to my old dentist. They had a form that I had to fill out and it was mimographed. It was the worst form I have ever seen in my life. I don't like it when they start talking in another language so you can't understand them. I just want them to clean my teeth.

Always found them very professionally run.  Staff seem all motivated.  Dentists use the latest technology and best materials.  I'm an engineer and checked several of the things they were doing and always found them using the best methods available.   Communication sometimes a little complicated as they use 3rd party reminders and bounce to different people (but not dentists) with their large staff, but can work through that.
