    On Oct 12, 2016 I stopped in to the Brighton Car wash to have them detail a 2015 Hyundai Genesis that I own. The car had some berry stain on it because it is parked underneath a fruit tree. A Brighton manager, Chris C. J. Bozonelos looked at the car and told me the detail would be $189.95 and would include the complete interior detailing of the car, detailing of the engine compartment as well as a machine polish of the exterior to remove the berry stains. (There were also some scratches on the left side of the front bumper they said they could remove with their color match system for an additional $30. 00 and I agreed to that making the total price for the work $219.00. I agreed to that). I took the car in today to have the detail work done. About 2 hours after I took the call in I got a call from Brighton stating that the cost for the work had risen another $100 because they couldn���t remove the berry stains by hand and would have to machine polish the exterior to remove the stains. They said the $189.95 quoted was for the hand wax of the exterior detailing and the extra $100 was to machine polish the stains. They said the machine polishing was more expensive. I told them the extra $100 was unacceptable and that if they couldn���t perform the work for the quoted price that I would just come & get the car. At that the person on the phone got the owner, Jason Morin, and I spoke with him on the phone. He insisted that the removal of the berry stains was NOT included and that would cost an additional $100. I told Mr. Morin, I did not agree to that price and would come & get the car. When I got to Brighton, I was met by Jason Morin, the owner. He said that they had already done the detailing of the interior of the car and that I must pay him $89.95 for the interior detailing. I told him that I had not agreed to pay for anything but the complete detailing and berry stain removal of the car and that was $189.95. He told me that he would not allow me to leave the premesis at Bright unless I paid him the $89.95. We discussed the matter further but to no avail. He again reiterated that I must pay him $89.95 for the interior work. At that, I decided to pay the $89.95 by credit card and to dispute that charge with my credit card company. I also decided to complain the Better Business Bureau about that business tactics used by Brighton.

    I took the car in about 3 weeks in advance, with sample photos of the custom painted rally stripes i wanted.  I was given a very detailed estimate and explanation of how they would do it.  I picked out the color for the stripes and dropped the car off a few weeks later.  Took about 8 days to complete (as expected).  The workmanship is amazing!  I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.  They are probably not the cheapest, but I truly believe the quality is worth it.

    It went pretty well.  The work was done in about three hours, which was nice, but I wish they had taken longer and done a better job.  They missed several areas including the insides of the doors and tail gate, as well as the floor of the third row seats.  I don't think the job justifies being called a showroom detail. The exterior looks really good.  The manager gave me a referral of a guy who can fix a damaged alloy wheel.

    I bought a $119 big deal for this service and I was very well pleased with that. We got some kind of discount coupon and it was very reasonable. It was a little out of the way for me, but I knew where it was and it worked out really good.  I was very pleased with Detail Kings. I have used them at another time. When the coupon is available we feel it is worth it for me to go there because, again, it is inconvenient, but they are very punctual and did a good job. It is worth the effort and money.

    I decided to wait for my car as I had the day off and could not get a ride home.  The manager posted me to a nice cafeteria in their building where I was able to sit and have a drink.  He said the job could take up to 2 hours but they finished in 1-1/2 hours.  I was impressed with the work as the car came out looking great.

    Matt Prunty showed up exactly on time, explained what he needed from me - only a hose connection and an electrical outlet -  and then he spent 3+ hours detailing my car in my driveway. Despite chilly and unsettled April weather, with on and off threats of rain, the end result was an impressive brand new car finish. During my progress visits, Matt took the time to explain his background, his goals, his expertise while he kept on polishing the car and sharing his knowledge about car care products. I was very pleased and will use Matt and Professional Mobile Detailing again at the fair price that I paid.

    There were a lot of days blacked out, so it was difficult to try to schedule the service. The deal wasn’t clear, and they were only going to spend two hours doing the detailing. It doesn’t seem like that is enough time for a thorough detail job. Their website was difficult to work with in that I couldn’t find the deal I purchased from Angie’s List represented on their website.

    It went poorly.  We paid in advance via Angie's List, and it took 2-3 weeks before they could provide a date for the work.  Then they failed to show up the day the work was scheduled due to "staffing issues".  After we were forced to reschedule the came and did the work.  It was done no better than I could have done and I expected more from a detailing company. There were still marks on windows, dust in corners of the consoles etc.
    Don't waste your money and time with these guys.

    The service was good. We used it probably after a year after we purchased the Big Deal. There were no additional to the $129 Big Deal. They were very nice with that. As long as we communicated with them before the time frame, they allowed us to extend when we were going to use it. The cleaning was good. The car was detailed properly. In terms of communication, they were good in terms of letting us extend it because we were no prepared to have them over during the initial timing of the Deal. Once we communicated with them and they said that as long as we communicated with them, they would extend the price so there was no additional charge. We were happy with the price.

    Purchased a second coupon on May 5, 2014 but haven't used yet....  Anxious to use it because read my review from first coupon purchased and used on May 2nd, 2014...
    i bought a discounted Car Showroom Detail for $150, normally $300. Also paid $25 because my vehicle larger than a car, and $25 for engine clean. Very pleased with the service and end result. Paul is professional and polite. I did not have contact with the guys that detailed my car, but them seemed to hustle, and my car inside and out was spotless. No car wash, detail service, from past times did as great of a inside/outside detail as Detail Kings did. Total time to detail my SUV was 3 hours. I could've gone home, but chose to wait in Sara Lee's beautiful cafeteria/lounge area. I highly recommend Detail Kings !!
