    Have been using Sears appliance repair for years, mainly on my dishwashers. This was a repair on my GE oven. Was very easy to schedule directly online. They confirmed everything by email and phone and showed up on time. Oven repair went well. I highly recommend Sears for this and will use again.

Libertyville, Illinois is the person you should call. He is honest, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and is reasonably priced for his services. On top of all that he is a kind, good man. You could see from the many great reviews, other people feel the same way as I do. I called him and he came out in just a few hours. He fixed my refrigerator and cleaned the surfaces, shelves, etc. before he left. It looked like "new" and now it's working beautifully. Thanks Mike!!! It's a pleasure to do business with someone like you.

    Matt responded immediately to my email. He came out the next day promptly at the agreed upon time. He quickly found the problem and because he was able to make the repair fast and without any new parts, he only charged a "trip"charge and not any labor costs. He was very professional throughout the entire process.

    Very, very happy with the services Toptec provided. I used them for installing a new hot water heater, installing a new furnace, and some minor electrical work. First of all, very professional. Brian came out, talked to me about what I needed and wanted, and gave me some suggestions. He provided a quote that gave me a few options, with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or add on services. The quote was more than competitive with other contractors I talked to. After I agreed to the contract, Toptec had Brian and John out to perform the work the following day. Both were very professional, clean, and the work looks superior. Immediately following my good experience, I had a minor electrical problem. Called Toptec and they had Gary out to my house in 45 minutes. Again, top of the line professional who figured out a weird wiring situation. When I go to upgrade my electrical I will definitely use Toptec and request Gary. Highly recommend this company.

    ABT came out and determined that we needed a new compressor motor. Ordered part and a week later came back and repaired. ABT understands that reputation is everything-I have had nothing but professional, prompt and neat repairmen and installer from ABT. It really is a great corporate culture.

    They came in to repair my Samsung washer under warranty on 6/8 and found they needed additional parts. They said it would take 3 business days to get the parts so they scheduled for 6/14 morning. I got an auto call on 6/13 telling me they would be there between 3-6 PM. Again the tech needed additional parts and said the earliest he could come back was 6/20. I called the service manager and he assured me they would do the repair on 6/17. Then I got an e-mail saying parts were delayed and they would be here 6/20. On 6/17 I get an e-mail saying they have the parts and I need to schedule to have the repairs done and the earliest date was 6/21. I called and explained that I was supposed to be on the schedule for 6/20 and was told not any more. I explained that I had business meetings on 6/21 and 6/22 their answer was schedule for 6/23. I pointed out that I had now been without a washer since 6/6 and all the times they failed to make repairs and was told that was my problem if I didn't schedule an appointment they would return the parts and the washer would not be repaired. Don't EVER USE these people. If Samsung schedules you with them demand someone else. THEY ARE AWEFUL!!!!!

    Our Whirlpool dryer was not heating properly.  Matt discovered the problem and replaced a dryer coil kit.  The work was done expertly and efficiently, it was apparent that he was familiar with this type of repair.  The work space was left spotless, and we have not had any issues with the dryer since the repair.  We are very happy with Matt and Local Home Appliance.

    This is the second job we have done with Local Home Appliance and are extremely satisfied with the results.  Matt arrived exactly on time, and this job was handled promptly and professionally.  The issue was quickly identified and an inexpensive solution was offered.  The entire process took under an hour with no additional hassle or mess.  Matt was very familiar with our brand of refrigerator and easy to talk to.  We will use Local Home Appliance again for future appliance issues.
