Home Builder reviews in Morton

    Aloha Construction, Inc.
The subcontractors doing the work were good. The lead from Aloha (Kirk) was terrific to work with. The slimy representative Gary was a nightmare. His sleazy salesman lines and attitude absolutely are a turn off. His disrespectful attitude towards the insurance company and adjuster are appalling. I almost didn't get to experience the good work from Kirk and the subcontractors due to being repulsed by Gary.

    Design Built Homes LTD
We had high hopes from this home builder company because of the initial good conversation with the president of the company. After a few meetings, we felt things were on track... however, after we gave them a good faith deposit, things began to go bad. We had meeting after meeting at mostly their location, which is quite a drive for us (and I had to leave work early at times to get there), then the meetings were non informative, and disorganized. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, at our last meeting she was late, came out in her stocking feet, left to get some paperwork, and brought out a hand drawn kitchen that her 80 something year old dad drew on a legal pad. She also showed some cabinet examples that were brown - We told her on the first visit we wanted white cabinets. She would never give us prices, or narrow cost down, and when she finally did on our last meeting, it was way more than she knew wanted to invest. She also stated she knew about a type of framing we were interested in, but at each meeting she seemed to avoid the conversation about it.
We lost trust in the company due to the lack of organization, and guidance they failed to give us. We wasted about 3 months of our time because we wanted to trust what she said... but in the end, it was just a disorganized bad experience. We asked for our $800 back because our service wasn't to our satisfaction... we actually did tell them to prorate it just to be nice; however, after several emails to and quot;remindand quot; them to send a refund, we only received $200 back.

    P & W Builders Inc
For the first time, we bought an existing home and decided to remodel.  Our previous four homes were all new construction.  We wanted a reputable company to work with and chose P&W Builders to remodel our kitchen, build and install a new railing and several other projects.  We made a great decision.  They did a great job with each of the projects, finished on-time and within our budget.  I would highly recommend P&W Builders for your remodeling project.

    Atet Construction Group
Everyone on the job were very polite and friendly. They showed up as scheduled and stayed on the job until it was complete. The job was cleaned after every day where the main traffic was. Everything done looks very professional. They took no short cuts and even did a few extras for us and didn't charge any extra. We were really impressed how perfect everything fit and looked after completion. We highly recommend them!

    Atet Construction Group
Atet built my original home back in 1992 and we lived there for several years before having to relocate. They did an amazing job and their attention to deatil was unreal. When we moved back, they finished our last basement. They put a complete kitchen, bathroom, pool room, living room, office and a bedroom in our basement. They water proofed our walls before the work began and they were the only contractors that even included it into their bid. In fact, we had to ask the other contractors about it as they seemed lost when we mentioned it. They do so many things that the other contractors didn't even think of! I can't mention them all, but things like hoooking the door bell in the basement so we could hear if someone was ringing it upstairs, mold proofing the walls for the children, making the cielings llok like the upstairs and not a remodel job, etc. They were all very friendly and I would trust them with my family! They came highly recommended from our friends. They WILL be buliding or next home!
