    Poorly. The place is an absolute filth hole, stinks to high heaven with solvents and spilled stuff. The person who helped me was rude, uncaring, had no recollection of the appointment having been made. Very very poor customer service. Would never go there again.

    Zimmerman had unsuccessfully tried to "fix" the faulty repair the first time--at my expense. When I again was stranded by a total loss of clutch fluid, the service department redid the entire repair--at my expense.
    I have had no further problems with this repair. :)

    Had what I suspected was a starter go out on my '03 Toyota Corolla. Had car towed to Olson's Auto over the weekend so that it could be looked at as soon as possible Monday morning. Had confirmation from the shop that this was the issue and quoted price by midday, car was repaired by the end of that same day. New starter worked great and has ever since the repair. Two year warranty included on the starter for the service price.
    Olson's is a shop that has a good reputation, and I use it when my dealer either isn't available or I cannot justify the cost of dealer service. I have sent a number of people to this shop and they have always given good results. Good shop.

    Went well explained everything before doing work. showed me parts that were bad before doing work.explained all costs including what labor would be. Work done in a timely manner. Are a little expensive but it's work it to get a warranty.

    Very professional. Provided a thorough analysis of what needed to be done. Completely serviced brakes. The brakes work excellent after completion with no problems afterwards. Service provider did not track any dirt into car. They always do great work !!

    Bought the Van at Green's five years ago, they do all the maintenance on my car tires, hitches, battery they have never screwed up except once with the wiring harness for the hitch, took it back they fixed it at no charge, would recommend them.

    My tire sensor was going off indicating tire pressure was low. I filled the tires with air (overfilled!) and the sensor was not going off. I stopped in to Reynolds to ask if they could tell me how to get it to go off. They got me right in, made sure the tires had the appropriate pressure level, educated me on what they should be and how to do it, offered to get me in for an oil change while I was there as I was due and performed all services within 30 minutes. It was quick and easy and I felt my car was in good working condition when I left, which is important as I do alot of traveling for work. They told me to stop in anytime I had a question or concern.

    The body work was excellent; it looked like I never backed into that hydrant.  Unfortunately, the work was a little expensive considering the limited amount of damage to the bumper and I was selling the car.  They were about $100 cheaper than Arnold's Body Shop, though.

    I left the car for an oil change.  They let me know what time to come back and I gave them an extra hour.  Well, when I arrived, they had forgotten to finish with the car.  It was sitting up on the lift, but a new oil filter hadn't been installed and new oil hadn't been added.  I had to remain in their office 20 minutes beyond closing before they completed the work.  They seem to be nice people, but their work ethic and professionalism is sorely lacking.
