Culligan Water Conditioning of Milstadt IL
Culligan did a good job testing the water.  They recognized that the well had recently been treated with chlorine, and instructed us to run the water to flush out the lines.  They then came back the following week to test the water.
The water came back positive for a (high) level of bacteria.  Culligan then quoted a UV Light remediation system, which I requested the Seller to install.  The Seller contracted with Culligan of Millstadt to install the light.  The price quoted was $1699, and included STANDARD installation.  There is no mention that an outlet is required to be nearby in the quote.
Upon inspecting the newly installed system, the Seller showed me that the Culligan installer punched a hole in the wall and ran an inadequate (non grounded lamp type) extension cord through the wall.  This is NOT standard installation for a grounded plug.  It is dangerous.
When I emailed pictures of this crappy set up, and the dangerous connection made with the wrong type extension cord, the Culligan representative responded that their installers are not electricans and cannot install outlets.  In my email I pointed out that this set up will NOT meet code, and Culligan merely said that the Seller needs to have an outlet installed.
    So let's recap:
Culligan saw the area that this system would go into, and then quoted the system.  They KNOW that this system is electrcially operated and requires an outlet to be nearby.  They did NOT mention this fact in their quote.
Culligan installed the system, and then PUNCHED a HOLE through the wall big enough to route the plug of an LIGHT DUTY UNGROUNDED extension cord through the wall.  This is AGAINST code.  The Seller told me that he did not give Culligan permission to punch a hole in the wall, and they did it without informing him.  Given the response I got from Culligan about this, I have no choice but to believe the Seller.
When I asked about the situation through email, Culligan responded
"....Our installers are not allowed to do any electrical work and since there was no outlet in the closet we were forced to go to the nearest  outlet. Our installer merely used whatever extension cord was available on site. To meet code an outlet will need to be provided  in the closet. ...."
A professional business would have made the requirement known UP FRONT, and an outstanding business would have coordinated with a qualified electrcian to quote the outlet as an option.
AT NO POINT should an installer punch a hole in someone's wall, with or without their knowledge, and use a dangerous extension cord to get a system WHICH REQUIRES A GROUNDED PLUG up and running.
I have pictures of the installation and the original quote.  I regret that there is not a way to post them here.
NOTE:  I waited three days since writing this review, and have not gotten a response to my second email.  I am now posting this review.

I have a pull out faucet in the kitchen sink. It had disconnected, and he fixed it. He also repaired the toilet and installed a new flapper. There were some additional charges, but he was prompt.
