    Al Piemonte Nissan
The work they did was very thorough. They gave it back to me when they promised. They helped me. They responded to any questions that I had. It took them about an hour to complete the job. I drove in. I did not have an appointment. They usually wash the car afterwards.

Well it went great I had gone to about 4 different shops and was quoted 400 to 750 dollars over what I was quoted At~A~Matic. Car was also ready to pick up a day earlier than was told which was great as that's my only transportation at the moment. I also dealt with Steve he was very helpful and was very always there to answer any of my questions definitely will recommend this shop to my family.

Ultimate Truck & Auto Repair Inc.
I've gone thru this a few times with different vehicles, a check engine light (CEL) caused by the evap system, or pollution control system. In almost every case, it took 2-3 returns to the shop before the light would stay off, usually because of multiple sensors going bad at the same time.
This time was different; all the diagnostics on my '02 Town and Country showed that all of the sensors, and the Catalytic converter were good, but it was still showing an evap system code. Pedro chased that light down for weeks. The light would go off, then come back on a week or so later, Pedro would take the van back, and try something else. This was not 'hit-or-miss' auto repair, this was an experienced mechanic NOT depending on his computer diagnostics (which were telling him that everything was fine), and using his own knowledge. Eventually, he found that the intake manifold was heavily carboned. He cleaned it out, and the light went off.
The driving force behind getting this fixed was that the van was due for an air test. It wouldn't pass with the CEL error, and I couldn't get new plates without it passing. Once Pedro figured it out, he not only fixed it, he took the van in for the test himself (it passed).
I know that at a 'name' auto center, I would have been charged for every minute spent working on my van. The amount of time that Ultimate spent would have cost me hundreds upon hundreds elsewhere, and probably still not be fixed.

    Grand Tire
Gave me a great price on 4 new tires and after about three weeks by tire sensor came on, Went to the store they refilled my tire with air. And then another four weeks and by the entire sensor where came on once again had to go back one more time, and they noticed that my valve was rusted and they replaced it for free.

    Lefty's Automotive
They are my go to mechincs. They always do my oil changes and maintenace. They have great service. They don't do anything they see needs repair until after discussing it with you and quoting a price. They also give me a ride home and pick me up when my car is ready.

Good so I thought. I tried to remove the lug nuts on the rear drivers wheel to check the brakes after the vsit a couple of monthes later only to find out that the lug nuts were over tightened and not torqued properly. This resulted in a trip back to the dealer and an attitude from the service advisor. The sad thing about the visit is that a sales manager had to fix the situation ? Who does the loan applications the parts counter ?

    Asian Domestic Authority
loved this place. Walter was very professional and did excellent work on my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. The dealer had told me that I needed brakes, but Asian-Domestic said that I had 20,000 miles left on my brakes. Also, their prices were 40% BELOW the dealer. I will definitely use them again.

1st Auto Body LLC & Mechanical

They were very professional during the whole process.
The estimate was right on target and they finished slightly
ahead of the goal date.  I was extremely pleased with the
quality of the work.  I recommend with a ringing endorsement.

Moral of the story You really need to trust your mechanic .There are times that things can be not on the up and up.Whether your knowledgeable about cars or not. Have them show you the damaged part . Also have them show you the replaced part if it is viewable. The search is on again for a good trustworthy mechanic.

I am updating this as I did get a full refund and a..............
We are sorry not sure how this happened but thank you for pointing it out....
