    My wife and I have been using Phil as our primary mechanic for the past 10 years. We have always received prompt service and extremely fair pricing. The repairs have always been performed at a high level and I have had zero issues. Over the years and numerous vehicles we have had, we have had brakes, tires, air conditioning, shocks, tie rods, sway bar end links, alternator, and many other repairs. We have even used their tow service which was great and reasonable. No matter how busy they may be, I always feel they go out of their way to ensure our vehicles get repaired in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at B&B!

    Mark is awesome. He remembers who we are and what kind of car we drive. He treats us like regulars. I don't know, like walking into cheers. I was paying a lot more somewhere else. You gotta have a good car guy. It's great. I've never had a problem. Very responsive.

    I called on a Saturday to get a price on springs and cable replacements. I had left the office but left one of my guys behind to let him in and quote us before he started working. He came back with a quote of $1200 because he doesn't stock it and would have to go get them. When asked why so much he got angry. He stated the cables are $500 dollars and... Then I cut him off right there and told him he was way out of line. To which he started to berate me about it then said he would "give us $200 off, $1000, best I can do". Here's a link for the cables we needed. [*** Link removed ***] I'm by no means a "price shopper". I believe in quality and fair price for all parties involved. This was not a fair price. Businesses do need to profit, I truly get that, we own one. We got it repaired for $650. $200 in parts and $450 for labor, two guys, under two hours. Honestly, I felt that he was trying to take advantage of us because we own a business. His demeanor changed as soon as he heard that. He never gave us a written quote. He had my guy measure the springs and pressured him for an approval to start the work. When I told him no he actually cussing at me over the phone. His lack of professionalism is astounding. Unmarked truck, no supplies for the job, cluttered, bed full of miscellaneous, pet in the truck, had my guy work for him, berating me, high pressure, no written estimate.

    I have always had my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at Gary Lang Auto Group since I bought it. Their service is fast, friendly and accurate. The wait time is short (usually about 45 minutes) and the customer lounge is very comfortable. Their charges are most reasonable.

    B&B does excellent repair/maintenance work at a fair labor rate. I scheduled the brake/shock job, dropped off my vehicle, and ready a few hours later. Also had B&B replace fuel pump/sending unit a few months ago to resolve a failed smog test. They provided free computer check a week later to be sure vehicle would pass second smog test. All my repairs have been done right the first time.

    You might need to wait a few days to get your car scheduled into B&B as they always seem to be very busy, but that's a good indication of customer satisfaction.

    The service was good.  I have no complaints with them.  It took a half an hour for the oil change.  The waiting room has a television.  They have vending machines.  I have been taking my car there for three years.  I find coupons online for some of their services.

    I called 3 different auto shops in the area looking for quotes on 4 new tires and B&B Auto provided the lowest quote.  I called B&B Auto first and they recommended the two best rated tire options available for my car and gave me a quote for each.  I ordered the tires and they were ready the next day.  They do not take appointments, which had me a bit worried about the wait time, but I called 2 hours before I wanted to stop in and they estimated it would take 1 hour to complete the job.  I was pleasantly surprised when I was in and out in 30 minutes.  AND...the total cost came in $6 less than what was quoted.  Another plus!
    This shop is very efficient and seems to have a lot of business.  The guy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job handling non-stop phone calls and customers at the counter (sorry I didn't catch your name).  I will definitely call B&B Auto for any future auto needs.

    Great experience! I dealt mostly with Ed, but the entire staff at Northtown was professional and nice to work with. I brought our 2005 Toyota Highlander in for several issues. The communication about the work that needed to be done was exceptional. The work, which included replacing the timing belt, water pump, brakes, etc., was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable
    cost. We will be taking our other cars there for service as well.

    I scheduled a 105,000 mile service for our 2005 Toyota Highlander last week.  When I arrived at the shop to drop it off, no one was at the front desk.  A mechanic in the back looked at me through the window, but did not notify anyone I was there.  A short, blonde haired female employee then walked out of the maintenance area.  I asked if anyone was there to check cars in to which she replied, as she was walking past me, ���He���s in the back and will be out shortly���.  She made absolutely no effort to help me.  So after waiting, being ignored, and treated like they were doing me a favor by taking my money, I walked out.  I never even received a call asking why my car wasn���t brought in as scheduled. 
     I don���t really know how to rate this company since the $1500+ work they were going to do doesn���t really seem to be that important to them.  I guess they are making enough money they don���t need new customers.
