    This is the second time I've called them for service in the last year. Last summer they came out because my air conditioner wouldn't run. They were here the same day and had it fixed within a half hour.

    This time since my air was working, just not right, they scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. The service man was here at 0745, he checked the outside unit, and then the inside part and determined that the expansion valve was bad. He said it was OK to use it until the part came in and then told me the cost and amount of time it will take. He was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing. Great and courteous service!

From the owner, Pat Garavalia, who came out and gave me the quote, Danielle in the office to complete the paperwork to the crew who performed the installation seemed effortless at least from my perspective.     Prices had been high before but acceptable.  Maintenance seemed okay, but soon after a maintenace run, the heater shut down on New Years Eve.  We called and were informed that, even though we paid them by credit card, they needed cash.  Ever try to get $1,000 cash (the high end of the estimate) on New YEars Eve at 5PM?  Our inability to get this cash allowed them to ignore our call -- and 24/7/365 calling was a huge part of the service contract.  Called in another company who (a) fixed it, (b) accepted all kinds of payment, and (c) found the problem was a loose wire -- quite possibly (but not certainly) mis-attached by Webb on the prior service call.  I get that no-one wants to do service calls on New Years -- but wow it was cold.

    When I've had problems they've been very responsive and prompt. Mr. Pass, the owner, has called me personally to ask if I needed someone come out immediately for emergency situations - which has been as late as midnight. I said no, but that I needed someone first thing in the morning. They sent someone out and fixed it! Because of my club membership, I get discounted rates and didn't have to pay the emergency fee for this service! They've saved me a number of times. They've always been willing to help me out and fix anything they install. They've also been very responsive and prompt. When you have the club membership they do a spring and fall check including furnace cleaning. When they call they're more than friendly and work with you according to your schedule. They have hours on one weekend a month as well. I've been more than happy with them!

    They were very late but other than that they did a good job.  There were some billing issues but they cleared this up.  They explained they were having problems with their billing system.  We signed a contract with them & will continue to use them for a while.

    They were very professional and knowledgable. They were very neat. They put covers over their shoes to make sure they did not track any dirt over the house. They were always early and they even finished the job before the time frame they gave us. When the job was done they followed up with us to make sure everything was still working properly.

    We have been with Fowler's Heating & Cooling for over 13 years.  From the very beginning the experts with Fowler's have been by our side from the design to the installation of our Geo Thermal unit.  We have experience some trouble over the years with our unit but, in no way was it any fault of Fowlers.  We highly recommend buying Fowler's service plan that will guarantee that your heating/cooling system will be serviced "cleaned/inspected" twice a year.  The quality of service you receive from Fowler's service men is above and beyond our expectations.

    We had noticed that the house was getting really warm one night and in the morning we noticed that we were getting hot air!  We called Fowler at 8am and they were able to get an appointment for us that day at 10am. We had called another company that had said the whole unit was going to have to be replaced and that we would have to wait through the weekend. Fowler was early for the appointment and ready to go. The guy was able to locate the part that was broken and had a replacement part in his truck. He was able to get it changed out and we had air up and running 15 minutes later! The Fowler employee was very courteous and personable. I was very impressed! The total that we spent, $271, included the $99 service call, the part, and the labor.
