    Solar One
I hired Solar One LLC to get some solar panels installed on my garage in April 2016. They charged me $25,900 but the panels never worked properly. They ignored me for months despite my repeated calls until they sent a local electrician to look at the problem. I hired a different company to get some more panels installed, this is when I discovered that there were several installation errors committed by Solar One LLC as well. I had to pay another $3865.26 to get it fixed. After this I sued Solar One LLC where I won the suit and $8230.26 which Solar One LLC has so far refused to pay me. Some of the errors committed by Solar One LLC include. * Improperly wiring the inverter. * Hanging the Fronius inverter inside the wood shop in a dusty environment. * Exceeding the maximum allowed span for the XR110 rail. * Not managing the solar module wires and array jumper wires. * Exceeding the maximum allowed cantilever by 90%.

    Vaughn Electric
Very professional and very good communication throughout the job. Chris charged the least amount of money for the job compared to three other bids. He arrived on time, was courteous about keeping his shoes clean while he went inside and outside for the job. He made sure the job was done correctly, and was excellent with making sure i was satisfied during each part of the installation. He sealed any outside holes that were needed for wiring and kept the work space clean and picked up. I would highly recommend him for work and i will definitely be using him again in the future for my home electrical needs. He presented his insurance and current certificate during the initial bid.

    Henderson Residential Mechanical
The inspector from the code office came out and gave us the stamp of approval saying that the repairs had been done properly and that nothing else needed to be done. He did all of the repairs without having to pay anything up-front. This was a great experience.

    Mid South Builders
Jerrod is absolutely great. He answered my initial inquiry and within 3 hrs he was on site for an estimate which was provided in written form a few days later. This was a real small potatoes job, but Jerrod and another carpenter treated it as if it were their only priority. They were prompt and on schedule performed the job with care and excellence.

Jerrod presents himself as an intelligent , well-spoken professional ( which means I didn't have to have a hillbilly language translator  present to understand him)who takes pride in his presentation, his  appearance, his profession and his work.

I'll definitely hire him again-  3 other more involved jobs are in the works. I'd recommend Mid South Builders to anyone.

I'd rate Jerrod at 5 stars....

    Electrical Detectives
They changed the switch on the wall but they were not actually able to fix the fan. We had to take the fan out ourselves and take it in to another company to get fixed.

The workers were very nice and we did not have a issue with them at all, they were just able to fix the actual problem we hired them for.

    Electrical Detectives
They were very thorough with what they did and with what they informed me of. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgable but their pricing is kind of high. That is not why we haven't had them back to do the work.
