AAmy's Carpet CareAmy's Carpet Care is the only carpet cleaner we will ever use. Our daughter had rented an apartment and the carpets were horrible, there was a very large stain in the middle of the room. The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed. They are very reliable and the staff is great, very friendly and very efficient in what they do, there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out. I only wish we would have found them sooner.- Becky C.

ChemDry by Kevin Jones confirmed the appointment the day before and the technician showed up on time and ready to get to work. He was neat, clean, very professional and took the time to explain my options and listen to my concerns. It only took a couple of hours to completely clean the beige berber carpet in my basement and on my basement stairs and the white carpet in a bedroom and on the upstairs landing. The price was very reasonable and even through its been 24-hours since the cleaning, I'm still amazed how great it all looks. All of the carpeting looks brand new! I will definitely use this service again. I appreciate the professionalism of the technician and the quality and results of his work.- Nicole C.

APlatinumCare Cleaning and RestorationRob followed up after a day or 2 to see what I thought. Based on Platinum’s customer service, I chose them to clean several rooms, upholstered furniture and large basement of my home. Henry was the tech on site and kept me informed as each room was started and completed. He also conferred with me to see if I was satisfied with an area before moving on to the next. I called Chuck he was very professional and efficient. He gave me a great deal. He was able to fit me in his schedule according to my schedule. On the actual day he and the owner of Steamgard, Brent, took care of my carpet. Even though Brent was covering for one of his sick employees and had a busy schedule, he took the time to welcome me to the area and gave me a lot of useful information and history of the area. DBad. I would't want to recommend them to anyone. Basically, they came in, he gave us a price and our basement will be dry in two days. They did not remove our baseboards, we had molds. Because of their incompetent, we had to pay out of pocket for the sheet rock.
