    Our internet became spotty and stopped working entirely early this week. After EIGHT calls to Comcast and speaking to countless Robo Receptionists and a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes to get through an appointment setup for repair, the technical support "expert" told me her screen didn't work and she couldn't setup an appointment for repair (that's confidence in their ability to care for our tech needs as well). The next day I called and instead of trying to go through all that, I said "terminate or disconnect services" to the robo lady and what do you know, I was routed right to a human (english speaking) person right away. Oh, so I'm only important to fix issues when I'm ready to disconnect services? I'm a very busy small business owner who has to decide am I going to spend my time on the phone with Comcast, begging them to fix their stuff or go entirely wireless and expand my data plan with my cellular data provider and the choice was simple. They threatened me with having to pay 2 months MORE of their non-functioning service and THEN an EARLY TERMINATION FEE. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and I'm strongly considering taking them to small claims court. I am furious that any business that can't get their stuff together and their product doesn't work, can't get it repaired, and I HAVE TO PAY FOR TWO MORE MONTHS OF THIS? THEN AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE ON TOP OF THAT? I don't think so. Never again will I go with Comcast.

    Under ripe basket and very poor customer service. Received a fairly large (and not cheap) arrangement as a gift from work. The melon and cantaloupe were completely inedible. They were all hard and crunchy due to being cut and used well before they were ripe. When I called about this I spoke with a girl who must have been in high school and couldn't have cared less. She stated "we can only use what they give us for the day so there inst anything we can do". This floored me. I wasn't looking for some refund or free stuff, but my work spent good money for a basket of which half I could not eat. When I pressed the issue she said she would leave a message for her manager to call me back and that call never came. I would avoid them.

    If I had asked for all my money back, would he have been as agreeable? Why did he not offer that in the first place? Am I just not assertive enough? My wife was very disappointed when I told her. After all, we were out $50 and got nothing.

    For the record Scandroli came Saturday and said he could have his men do it for $160, but recommended that I wait until it got warm again. He did not think I would have a problem since it had stopped leaking on its own.

    That afternoon I got up on my high, steep roof and shoveled off as much snow as I could reach and put on my own calcium chloride. Time will tell if it was enough. It is still cold and we have had no more precipitation.

    it went very well.  Brian arrived on time.  Checked everything and fixed the problem.  He was very nice and answered the questions so that I could understand.  Would definitely recommend this provider!!

    The owner and her staff are always friendly and always know my name as well as those of their regular clients.  The facility is always very clean as are the instruments.  I have been going there for about 6 months.  I have been very pleased with their services.  Their prices are competitive and they do a great job.

    Rock River Disposal Services' price, quality, and professionalism are good. We don't communicate too much but they come to pick up and they do. They take everything we put out so we can't complain.

    Don't ever use them for internet service. They are the world's worst. They tell you how wonderful and great they are and then they come out and put a dish on your house. Every time it rains or blows or any type of change in the weather, it goes out. I pay all my bills online and I've had late bills because it would go out. It is just a mess. When I got rid of them they told me they would not charge me for that month but I would have to pay a fee because I was getting out ahead of time. They went ahead and charged me anyhow. They are constantly lying about what they do, which really gets to me. When they were here today, he started jerking his wires off behind everything and he unplugged everything including my other internet service. I had to have a special tech guy come in to reconnect everything so I wasn't happy. He wasn't paying attention to the wires that I had connected. They did not charge for the disconnect as far as I know. It cost me $130 to have my tech guy come and redo everything. I was pretty upset. They were rude and obnoxious. They were just awful. They told me they would be a lot cheaper and then they were not.

    I chose Certified Computer based on location and previous client word of mouth. Friends of mine have used her for years so when something went wrong with our computer, they quickly gave me the business card. The business is located in Roscoe, just ten minute drive from my house, which is alot closer than running to Rockford.
    Dawn is amazing. She was very informative and explained to me how to prevent this from happening again. She installed free virus protection software, eliminating my need for a paid subscription to Norton. She also gave me malware software to help keep junk off my computer. Her turnaround time was pretty quick and my computer runs very fast now! In talking to her, I found out she has been in this business for over 30 years, so she without a doubt knows her stuff. I'm impressed! Will definitely use again, but hopefully I don't have to any time soon.

    The whole salon is just wonderful. Their up to date on their styles and their prices are incredible. Their very good at what they do and their very professional. Any other salon in the area would charge me $130 for my length hair and she only charges me $75 to $80. I will continue to use their services.
