  Overall our experience was okay. The housing market was not that robust when our house went on the market. Our house was on the market 8 months. We had moved out of state before we sold our house so that was a bit of a disadvantage.

  Tara did an absolutely superb job. She communicated with us on numerous occasions in a very sensitive and helpful manner. When we had questions or concerns, she responded promptly with helpful clarifications. She proved very effective in negotiations about needed repairs and price reductions. Because the contract required several revisions, she interacted with us and the seller in a diligent and effective manner and was particularly helpful when a couple delicate issues in negotiations arose. After the closing of the sale, a major problem arose due to miscalculation of the property taxes. In response to this challenging problem, she took the lead in devising a solution that initially appeared to result in her own financial loss (this situation later was reversed by a decision of the title company to contribute to a resolution). In all these activities, Tara worked at a very high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. We were very impressed by her and her skills, would use her services again, and would recommend her highly to others.
