    We are new to the area, so we reached out to Angie's List to review options and ratings to find a company that was the best out there. They answered the phone right away (much appreciated), but said that the soonest they could get out would be mid the following week. We waited patiently because they had great ratings and a great website that looked like they knew what they are doing. Unfortunately mid week came and went and no word back (which is frustrating when a leak could lead to further damage). I waited a couple more days and then called them. They told me they couldn't get us in for at least another week at minimum. We decided we can't wait any longer to get the repairs done and can't trust them to actually call us, so we are reaching out to other companies.

    It went great! First of all, Steve actually answered his phone, so I didn’t have to leave a voicemail. Steve was on time, organized, & professional. He completed the job in one day. The room looks wonderful! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

    After a hiccup on scheduling, the work was done in one day in a clean, dust free, clutter free, professional manner. The workmanship was excellent. Installer had 27 years of experience and owned his installing company. All debris was carted away, floor swept, wiped and very clean. Tarps layed over carpets. Walls were not scratched.

    WOW, A++++ for this AWESOME company! He arrived 10 minutes early, was very neat, clean and respectful of our property inside and outside. Our finished basement needed special attention due to the spiders but I forgot to tell him. When he was finished he informed me that he gave the basement an extra going over because of the spiders. Very impressive company that uses quality products. If you're looking for a pest control company look no further, this guy is the BEST! We will be signing on a yearly contract with them.

    They were very good. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, discussed which branches should come down, and cleaned up well afterwards. Everyone there was great to work with and I plan on using them again to replace the pear tree.

    It was a very positive experience. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone. They took the time to make sure it was done right. They came in at 8 am and didn't stop until it was done. (about 6 pm) They were polite and exacting.

    Joe responded immediately and was able to replace our leaking water heater the same day. Very professional and very nice. Even cleaned the area well and took the old heater away. I would definitely use them again. Thanks so much to Joe and Dennis.

    From my initial call to Brian I knew that he was genuinely concerned about helping with my mom's furnace since the temperature was dropping quickly and I was having difficulty with diagnosing the problem myself. He sent his technician over and he carefully diagnosed the problem and found a defect in the control board that I had installed a year earlier. These guys are very helpful and they treat their customers like family.

    Louis and the 3 ladies that did the actual cleaning were extremely thorough, detail orientated and very much a pleasure to work with. I am extremely picky when it comes to thorough cleaning and I did not have to point out anything that needed to be done. I had them do additional work such as cleaning the oven and refrigerator and shampooing the carpet. They were miracle workers on this job. I wish they had a crew in Dallas that I could call on. Thank you again Louis and team!!!

    The lady called to say the lawn mower was finished and that they would deliver it and that a extra $247.00, In cash, was needed. I asked for a detailed invoice showing all the parts and labor. All I received when they delivered it was a the original work order with a list of what was supposed to have been done on the mower. They said that they charged the battery the aired up the tire and now it won't start and the tire went flat. I had to take the rear tire off and fix it my self (it was a bead leak around the rim.) Hard to start when it is hot. The engine compartment was not even cleaned out for service. very shoddy work. After using it a couple of times, having to put the charger on it to start and it was running bad I decided to go to their shop to discus the problem with them. Every time I asked how or what was done their answer was "I don't know, what or how it was done that "tom worked on it" I asked if I could Talk to tom and that they said "NO" I asked if Tom had a work sheet and if I could see it and they said "yes we do but you can't see it you got all the work that we said we did. One thing that I questioned is how did the carb. get cleaned as they said it was? I told them that the carb was never taken off the engine. The answer again was that "tom did it". When the owner asked why I was questing him I replied that I thought that all that was done was not worth $322.00 when he said that the shop rate was $39.00 per hr. That"s when he got exited and unprofessional and started ranting and raving about the bargain I received. On May, 16 2018 I went back to his shop to see if Tom was there and if Tom could tell me what he did for all the labor and parts. I was greeted by the owner who wanted to know why I was there. I explained that I thought that it was only fair to give them a second chance to explain what cost so much. There may have been a answer that I am not aware of that "Tom" did that took extra hours. That did not go so well. Mr. owner dose not know a lot of swear words but can rattle them off very fast like they were a echo in his head. I am a 74 year young man who has experience in mechanics and was going to do the work myself but though that I would let someone do it for me, that's why I had the parts. I go by their house on East Riverside blvd. just about a block east of Alpine Rd. on the south side of the street and that is where their van is parked with the advertising on it and so I call them. As far as I can tell is that they provided 3 qts oil, 1 spark plug, some grease, a little air and a lot of labor For a mower that is not running right.
