Co-owner Jonathan showed up for site appraisal very promptly. He was able to schedule repair work for following morning--it was worth it to me to pay a premium as my property had just been listed for sale. Team of Leader Mike and Helper Paul were on-time, efficient, attentive to clean-up, and answered questions I had throughout the Emecole Crack Repair process (which was fascinating to watch being done). Dry Otter responded same day with my telephone inquiry about the 10 yr transferable warranty, which I received by email. It was a breeze from A-to-Z dealing with Dry Otter. Definitely worth going with these professionals, and the transferable warranty gives peace -of-mind. Thanks to Dry Otter for a job well done!

Called to schedule Monday fix planned to dumped catch bucket every 3 hours :-( Owner called back was in neighborhood so stopped by to "see" what I meant. He tried same adjustments my husband had but this time he stopped the leak! Came back Monday and replaced valve shut off and only charged for Monday's services! Such a blessing.

The job went very smooth. Trent and his workers were professional, courteous and got the job completely finished on time. I'm very happy with the finished basement and bathroom as they were beyond what I expected. Any time I need work done around the house from now on, I'll call on T Moore Construction.

He arrived early and had most of the job completed before I arrived home. He finished the job in 30 minutes or so. He and his partner were polite and cleaned up any mess. I was very pleased with how it went. I would use them again if a need arose.

They were very professional and actually called me when they ran into a problem with the stoop. I was having the driveway finished the next week so it was important that they showed up and finished the stoop before the driveway people showed up. They definitely went well above and beyond to finish the stoop that day. Very nice and professional guys.

I contacted several services to provide an estimate on hanging drywall, taping, and mudding to finish my basement. Dave came out and took measurements, asked a lot of questions about what was to be done and then told me he would have an estimate for me. I ended up having to email him to get the estimate, and when I received the estimate it was high, so I went with another service.

We contracted with him on October 17th for 2 egress windows in the basement.  We were refereed to him through our local Menard's.  In the contract it states that all the work is to be done by the owner of the company, there is a 2 year warranty on the work, and that he is insured.

The project started promptly, however he did not complete the work.  He had other employees digging out the windows.  In February there was a leak in the north facing window.  He did not check for water damage, or if the window was properly sealed.  He just replaced the carpeting in the room and dug out the hole for the window a little lower.

On July 22nd the Westt facing windows leaked due to the extream weather we were having. This leak actually flooded the whole finished basement.  We now have had to have all the carpeting pulled up, drywall and  mud, electrical and painting in the entire basement.   We contacted him to let him know of the issues. He said that he would be out the next day. He never came by, other workmen were out in the neighborhood and my children were all home.  I had the town home inspector come by to take a look at the work.  and the work did not pass inspection. The windows have never been sealed or caulked, and there is no drainage for the windows so any water that gets in just stills against the windows.  The total damage has not been fully calculated. The costs will include finishing the windows and wells, refinishing/replacing the walls, the restoration company's costs and replacing trim, carpeting, padding and ruined mattresses from two beds and one futon. Cost would also need to cover a new permit for the inside work. I want his insurance information as does State Farm.

We have tried on several occasions to get a hold of the contractor to get his insurance information so that our basement can be livable again. After he did not show up, he would not answer our calls. He finally did respond to a text message inquiring about his insurance saying "No, Chad and I stopped by today.  The lid was not on.  It's not graded away from the house.  These are not meant to be swimming pools.  No I will not take care of this on for you.  Please provide your own insurance info."

The lid was off because the city inspector had taken the lid off for the inspection that did not pass.  My home owners insurance will not cover the issue because of "poor workmanship and ground water"  He has been dodging calls from us and our insurance company.  We just want his insurance info to get this taken care of and our house in order again.
