    Bought a new Jeep.  Fair trade on our old jeep and added a towing package to the new one for free.  Delivered the new car to my work so that I did not have to drive there and miss work.

    We spent an entire day at the dealership, and drove many new and used cars. When it was time to talk about a deal, the dealership played lots of games (e.g., there was a lot of back and forth between the sales rep and the sales manager, etc.). At the very end of the day, we left with an offer on one vehicle that we had mixed feelings about. We took several weeks to think about things, but when we attempted to reconnect with Anderson Toyota regarding some other vehicles we were interested in, they were non-responsive.

    The experience went very smoothly. We had initial conversations with the dealer by phone, and came in on a Friday, only one hour before they were about to close for the evening. Our sales rep did not play any games, and we were able to come to terms quickly. The vehicle had a cracked windshield, but the dealer sent someone to our home to replace it within a few days.

    The entire experience was amazing. There was no pressure or game playing with the sales rep, and we quickly came to terms on what I knew was a good deal. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle, and the finance person gave me an excellent price on that as well. Brilliance's service department was very professional. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, they gave me a brand new Honda Accord loaner each time, even though I live nearly an hour away from the dealership! I would definitely do business with Brilliance again.

    We were stranded on a Saturday when our car would not start. We called the dealership for advice and they provided a towing company which arrived in about 1/2 hour. The service department was already closed, so they got to it on Monday. The problem was not easy to find, taking all day to diagnose. The car was available late Monday afternoon as promised. This was all covered by the factory warranty.
    I have regularly used Anderson to service my Maxima's since 1995, as they know the car best. They are able to quickly diagnose problems and give accurate estimates. All the personnel are experienced, friendly and helpful. Their prices are not the cheapest, but they are fair, and they stick to the estimate.

    I visited the dealership to purchase a new or used Nissan Altima from Bill Barr, a salesman I had purchased a used car from about two years ago. I did my homework and thought I new what car I wanted. Bill was very attentive to what I said I wanted to accomplish. He showed me a variety of vehicles and let me test drive them. I never felt high-pressured or directed to a high margin sale. After thoroughly going over the pros and cons of each vehicle, we decided on a smaller, lower-priced, new Nissan Sentra. I am extremely happy with it because my main goal was to maximize fuel economy over what I was currently driving. My first tank full gave me 30.1 mpg (city driving, fairly short trips). WOW! If you are going to this dealer, you should do your home work and find out what your car and the car you are buying are really worth. Like any business, their first offer may not necessarily be their best offer. All the paperwork was carefully explained and delivered by the Financial manager and everything went smooth as possible, right up to the salesman explaining all the car's features at time of delivery.
