  • Great experience! Goode was one of the only places in town to even take on the job of a tankless water heater. I called and the dispatcher was very polite, professional, and informative. They kept me up to date via text message so I never had to wonder when the technician was coming. The technician (Jake) arrived in the established window I was impressed by his professionalism. After describing the issue (our tankless water heater would fault out and we would randomly not get hot water), he trouble shot the issue for about 45 minutes, and to our luck, everything was running without issue. He charged me a lot less than I thought for the visit. Jake followed up with me to see how it was going, let me know he researched the problem and was going to work with his manager to figure out a fair price to solve the issue. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! He let me know later that night of the price and it was very reasonable. Jake came to the house, worked his magic and solved our problem! I can't speak highly enough about this company and Jake's services! A+++. Customer for life!

  • Worst experience I have ever had with any service in any industry. Here is the events: - called on a Wednesday and scheduled a service technician to arrive on a Thursday between 1-3PM. - called on Thursday at 4:20 PM inquiring about status of technician....stated I would get a call back - called again at 4:50 PM after not returning any phone calls. i got the owner on the phone who AT THAT TIME told me they could not service the heater. - I went on explaining that I spoke to one of his employees said it was on the schedule and why I am just now hearing (almost 2 hours after the service window) that they could not help. Owner took ZERO accountability and just shrugged it off. This owner has zero grasp on his employees and doesn't take the time to properly train and makes cheap excuses "it's not my normal person"....not the customer's problem. From on service manager to another this was extremely disappointing and a perfect example of how to not run a field service organization. Simply terrible, plumbers are a dime a dozen....scroll past this company

  • We had a bathroom supply line leak ,which unlike a sewer line , needs a more urgent fix as the water is under pressure. Also the shower lines don't have a shut off . I called USA plumbing and they quickly paged Suarez , their on call plumber. Suarez was very professional and also smart about the work - as he saved us a lot of money by squeezing in the fix without opening up the bathroom walls which had granite tiles.

  • We needed an expert opinion on if it even could be fixed so we called our favorite people. They couldn't be sure without looking at it and in about an hour they came, they looked, they went to get a part and they fixed it. Super service and great price. We can't thank them enough .

  • It was terrible. The workmanship was subpar as far as cleanliness and the courtesy. When I paid the bill l which was substantial, normal price is $850 to $950 but I gave them check for $1085 and some cents issued on February 23rd, Check number 4982. The company lost the check and they stated that they wanted me to reissue a check. How do I know you lost my check? I called them again cause they don't call me, they said we'll give you another week and they're gonna send me in to their collection. They have mismanaged the money. They did not even say "we apologize or we're sorry", all they said is we're taking it to the court. I might go ahead and reissue the check but i'm not happy about it. They gave me no excuse on why they lost the check. Stay away from them.

  • Overall the concrete work was ok but my overall rating is because of the added expense they cost me by messing with something that most likely is out of their scope of expertise and knowledge which is plumbing. I had them come out to give me an estimate and it was brought to my attention that the sump pump would need to "remove connection to sewer line/discharge to exterior." It is probably on me to have made an assumption I was dealing with professionals who would not leave a job and their service by leaving the consumer with something that is not code and inevitably a much larger expense to rectify. Overall I was not impressed with the professionalism as well. My first appointment was set for 8am and he arrived at 7:30. I'm all for punctuality but let's be mindful of how early that is and not surprise your customer that early. The first appointment was fine and I was satisfied with the estimate. The day the workers came they got the job done however I did not appreciate the blasting music when I live in a bi-level and the crawl space is in the lower level which is very much a part of the house where I had to listen to the noise the whole time. I was patient and did not say anything as I appreciated the hard work. What I was not aware of is the entire sump pump was literally relocated from the back of the house to the front of the house with an eye sore of a pump drilled directly under the front window. This was NOT explained to me at all. They also attached a six foot pvc pipe which made it even more of an eye sore but I get the water needed to be directed far away from the house. Shortly after the work was done, my crawl flooded due to the pump valve. I had to call them back out and I got an attitude and a comment directed to me saying "we did not replace any parts." Was that comment necessary? There was no leakage before the work was done and I just paid 5,250 to concrete and seal my crawl and now I have a little pond in there. I did not make any accusation or even place blame. It is natural to call the company that just did work when a problem arose/ They came out and fixed and then I was told just run some fans in there. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of a flooded crawl after the work was done. Fast forward to the next couple of months when the weather started changing. Naturally the pipe they put in the front froze which caused a backup and the motor of the pump to almost burn out. I had to call a licensed plumber to come out. Initially to get by they cut the pipe but then the pump continued to work because it caused a never ending cycle of water pumping directly at the front of house and on and on. We then had to go to just get some tubing to direct it further away from the house causing an even bigger eye sore. The licensed plumber told us there were other options so did not understand why this company put a pipe right in front of the house creating this series of issues and future work needed. They advised the village will want this pump under ground and needs to go all the way to the street. It will just keep freezing again as is too. If we pursue this work we now need to get permits, get the concrete and my lawn ripped up for something as a consumer I trusted this company new what they were doing. Had we known this job would have caused a much bigger job down the road we never would have done this. If you are just looking for concrete work I'm sure this company is ok although a week later a giant crack already formed in the work. Because of the added expense and negligence of work they did with regards to pump and plumbing and the attitude and unprofessionalism I would not use them for any job that involves any type of plumbing work nor would I recommend to friends or family.

  • Called them after being delayed and dragged along for over 24 hours by another company to have my sewer line cleaned out. Bob came out to the house less than an hour after I called, diagnosed the problem and immediately got to work. He was incredibly accommodating and I was even able to leave my CC information with the office and go back to work. Bob texted me when he finished and everything's been working great. They charged a fair price and had coupons online. They will be my first call next time without a doubt.

  • GREAT! This company is consistently terrific! I placed an emergency call. Josh arrived in about an hour. Friendly, pleasant, efficient. Figured out the problem very quickly. Their service never fails. Will always use Scottish Plumber for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them

  • They have normally done a good job for me but they went and deducted the money from our account again. This happened on a prior project that took place a month and a half ago.I tried to get a hold of the owner and we have not heard back from them on this recent project. The work was not satisfactory either and we are not happy with this company as of now. We want a contact from this company.

  • I called Centerline, because of a leak in the kitchen sink. Charlie was transparent regarding the cost of repairs. He arrived on time, quickly determined the source of the leak, replaced the faucet in about an hour, and cleaned up the work site. He clearly explained the repair and was courteous. The cost of the repair was reasonable. In all, it was a great experience. I called about 5 different plumbers before choosing Centerline. The other plumbers were unavailable for same-day service or had a range of coupons, discounts, etc. that hid the cost of the service. His transparency and professionalism were refreshing.
