AA&D Exteriors IncWe were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors.- Diane and Joe O.

AChicagoland Exteriors was excellent to work with. They were on-time for every appointment. Their sales person worked closely with me and State Farm to prepare estimates and coordinated with submitting the claim paperwork. They were very helpful with providing samples of colors for roof and siding. We were able to have the samples for a few weeks to work thru the new color scheme. Their crew was great! The foreman was on site each day to oversee the project. He answered all of our questions and made sure the job site was very clean after each day. They arrived early and worked into the nights to complete. It was in the fall and daylight was limited. They walked thru at the end of each job and made any slight little adjustments needed. FThis company promises everything but does not answer the phones if you have a problem. They installed the leaf guards but when it rained, water flew over the guards and in my basement through a nearby window well. I called for a fix 5x and talked to the General Manager 2x but no response. Have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General ad hope to get a fix or refund of almost $2K

AMy new roof & gutters look beautiful. Work was done in a timely manner. Workers were very careful with removal of old roofing material & clean-up was excellent. They were very respectful of neighbors' property on both sides of our house. This was very important to me because I had a very bad experience with a previous contractor that replaced the siding on the house.
