    This is the only place my family will take our cars to be repaired. It starts with the owner Mark who established a shop known for quality workmanship, excellent professionalism and prices that are below what you can expect at any dealership. In addition to the above qualities Mark and his technicians display a desire to always do what is right for their customers. They treat their customers honestly. They will never do a repair unless it is warranted. Case in point is technician Dave. Dave will not complete a job until he is totally satisfied he has done it correctly. This was the case with my son's Toyota. My son's car has 134, 000 miles on it has not been seen by Nofsinger's for awhile. We asked that the car be checked over totally. Dave undertook this task by first test driving it. He saw that the tires were worn and that the car pulled to the right. Once the car was on the rack he saw that the struts were worn and leaky. He called us to tell us what he had discovered, the cost of the repairs, and the time it would take to complete them. We brought the car in at 7:30 AM It took Dave until 4 PM to complete all repairs. He wasn't finished until he drove it again after completing the repairs and made sure it was up to his liking. The car drives like it is new. Dave takes pride in his work and is a real credit to his profession. We are very fortunate to have someone of Dave's caliber work on our car.

    3D Complete Car Care did an exceptional job for us. While our son was out of the country, the car hadn't been maintained properly, so we needed an overall safety check of the vehicle and knew the windshield needed to be replaced. They were quick with the work, even over the holiday weekend, and were exceptionally professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

    Fabulous Sales person Rich Dini. Wonderful General Manager Richard Kirkpatrick. I got exactly what I wanted at a Very Fair Price without any pressure. Amazing Service including picking up the car to get it detailed and bringing me a loaner and then delivering it back to me and picking up the loaner. Excellent Finance department. Fast, Efficient and no heavy pushing of expensive options. Just what might be useful like a $500 option for 5 years of Interior and exterior spot removal. I have 3 dogs and they can have accidents or I can spill coffee and this service will guarantee to get smells out of carpet or seats or they will replace the carpet or seat or whatever it takes to get smell out. This option gives me peace of mind if there are any accidents. I love my new Volvo and will refer any family / friends to this dealer when any are looking at new cars. A terrific lineup of Safe High Tech beautiful cars. THANK YOU AUTOBARN!

           My wife called for an appointment for a scheduled oil change and inspection. She casually asked Mark, the owner, if he could look at pretty good size dent in the right bumper of the car and see if he could offer  any help in repairing it.  Mark responded by saying, " I got a guy who does dents." We brought the car in at 7:30 AM on Monday and at 10:30 AM received a call back saying the service was completed and the dent was repaired.
            My wife took my son with her to get the car. Neither my son nor my wife believed what they saw when the picked up  the car. You would be hard pressed to even now that there was any damage done to the bumper.  When my wife asked how much for the repair to fix the dent she was told the following: NOTHING ! 
            As far as we are concerned the servicemen at Nofsinger's all walk on water !  We will only take our vehicles to them.

    They were outstanding. From the moment I contacted them for an estimate I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The sales rep who worked with me knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the services I wanted.
    Once I decided what I wanted, work was scheduled promptly. The installation team who came to my home was outstanding. They were on time! Who does that anymore? They were courteous regarding the things in my home and brought protective shoes and blankets to use to protect my floors. They answered all of my questions throughout the process.
    They cleaned up and removed all trash on their way out. You pretty much can't even tell they were there!! I would recommend this business in a heartbeat to others. Fantastic team - fantastic job!

    I went them for years. I bought a used car from them. After I bought my Honda I was like oh my gosh. Every time they had me come back they found something wrong. There is a local this called checkbook and they gave them a F. I was thinking why did I go to them. They are 40% higher then the other local guys. I was thinking Toyota was standard and be competitive with the other ones. Every time you went in you need this and this and this it was like $800 or more. It was not that old at the time like 2002-2003 and I wanted to make sure my car worked so I could get to work. I just did not know any better.  They were very responsive. They would pick me up at my house and drop me off. I thought they were professional.

     1. Having worked on my 2013 Jetta, the Jenkins VW dealer wanted it to re-sell. Overloaded my mail with marketing materials. Jenkins did not attempt to practice what their marketing materials stated. Once I was in the dealer building, the story changed.

    2. The assigned sales person, did not know the car models. I thought it was weird that the cars I saw, one I drove did not have their window stickers on, so I could review the car list haves.

    3. I was sold a car that did not exist, I did not take delivery of----was shown a picture and told the car was damaged. No verifiable data was given to me.

    4. I then requested a blue car which took the dealer more than a week to find.

    5. When the car was located and brought to Jenkins VW, I came to see the car but was not allowed to drive it prior to purchase. I signed new paperwork, but what I did not know is that the cost of the non-existent car was partially wrapped into the price for the new blue car.

    6. The sales person, was not knowledgeable about the car to review all of the car accessories until after I had purchased the car. He did not know the car model. He was only able to show me one item, which I was to re-purchase each month after the "free" month expired.

    7.Had I driven the car prior to purchase and/or reviewed the car accessories or lack thereof, I would not have purchased the car.

    8.I was unsatisfied with the car, wrote a letter to the CEO of Jenkins Auto Group. I was told by the Jenkins VW dealer manager, the CEO wanted to make the car deal right, so I was to give them another chance. Unfortunately, for me, I believed him.

    9. From the VW dealer manager, I was assigned a sales person, who was their top wage earner. The sales person sat down with me to explain how to complete the VW satisfaction form so he could receive his money for the sale.

    10. The top sales person did not ask me what I wanted, he suggested I try diesel cars. I agreed as I had questions about them. This was just weeks before the diesel scandal broke on the national news. I drove 3 diesel VW cars.

    11.  I stated over and over again, that I did not want a 4 cylinder car. I was told to purchase one of 3 diesel 4 cyclinder cars, or lose the money I had in the current blue car.

    12. When the paperwork was signed, no one reviewed the cost with me, nor was I told (even though I asked several times) the cost of two cars would be added to the price of the new vehicle. For a car that cost $35000.00, I was paying $48205.08. My payments are 653.00 per month.

    13. I would NOT EVER deal with any of the Jenkins Auto Group again.
