ABudget Right HandymanMy technician, Elvis, did an outstanding job with a high degree of professionalism and skill. He was great at talking through the scope of work, providing updates, and offering beneficial consultation. Elvis was very respectful in the way he approached conversations and in his attentiveness to ensuring the areas of my home where the work was being performed were protected and cleaned/organized during and upon job completion. I am truly amazed at all he accomplished on my very long 'list' and appreciative that he did the work with a level of detail and care as he would if it were his own home. That is really hard to find. I have been a customer of Budget Right for many years. I also greatly appreciate the responsiveness, flexibility and focus on customer satisfaction consistently provided by the staff. The lower rating on Price is due to the increases over time and varied work efficiency to complete the job across technicians. As a matter of practice, the office will match their best technician to the scope of work, but if you can't wait for that appointment date, you may get someone who isn't as experienced. The other way to save is to pre-purchase materials needed, to avoid the technician having to spend time at Home Depot or elsewhere. Budget Right is my go-to for jobs big and small for my home and rental property. I highly recommend them.- EILEEN B.

AFortune RestorationFantastic. The crew was here for a week. They arrived on time, they were polite and professional and maintained CoVid awareness. They cleaned up at the end of every day and worked hard. They didn't cut corners, and the result was a house that looks better right now than at any point in the 25 years we have lived here. DI used their website to book my appointment. As they requested, I provided my cell number and my email address. They gave me a first (Friday), second (Monday), and third (Tuesday) choice and were clear on the site that no appointment was booked until they contacted me. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. On Thursday (not one of the choices they provided to me), I came home to find a man on a ladder cleaning my gutters! He had started work even though no one answered the doorbell. I had received no communication from Prime Time and had received no estimate. I asked him how much it would cost, he said $180. As long as he had started I let him proceed. When finished, he charged me $204!! What a scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL IN ANY WAY!

ASal, did a superior job beyond my expectations. I was contacted the same day I requested a quote and he came out the next morning and did the work the same morning after quoting me a price. I had deep mold stains in the wooden ceiling, pillars & wood under the gutter of a roofed in front exterior porch that affected the curb appeal of my home (caused by a clogged plastic pipe leading from the downspout that I had unclogged by another contractor).. Sal used a mixture of bleach and soap sprayed on to the affected area and then scrubbed it with an extension pole scrub brush. He then power washed the area clean and it now looks like it was newly painted. In addition he cleaned the entire front of my home including siding, windows, overhangs, and the entire 25 x 5 ft..stoop which was additional to the work requested without additional cost and all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone for his skill and superior work all at an honest & reasonable price. I was never happier dealing with a contractor than Sal.
