Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. ASafety Matters has incredible service. They come in an install everything - I didn't have to do anything. I had an issue with a latch in the kitchen, and they came over very quickly to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if you need to childproof your home but don't have a lot of time to take care of it yourself.

DWe selected MK Home Remodeling to reside 3 small areas of our house, build front and rear steps, and paint the bricks and sided exterior. We selected MK based on their promise to start quickly, work examples on their website, and BBB A+ rating. Nick Kosmas gave false references, repeatedly requested cash advances, provided false commitments regarding work completion (which began happening very early in the project). Our 1-2 month duration project started in August and was still not complete over 5 months later ( end of December ). We eventually terminated the contract. There were numerous excuses, inadequate staffing, inadequate materials on site, multiple requests for payment advances, and we suspect more than one unpaid labor crew. Our experience with MK was very bad and unprofessional. We have experience working with contractors and expect contractors to uphold their commitments.

APhil promptly contacted me after my submission to Angie's list and came over to look at the project and submitted a bid that I thought was very fair. He brought in a crew so that everything was completed over the course of 3 days to minimize disruption. The project would have taken much longer with one or two painters. The crew was great -- friendly, professional and conscientious with their cleanup everyday. I added a couple of things in the process and my invoice was less than the original bid. I'm very happy with how the project went and I'm sure I will use Phil and his crew again. It's just nice to do business with nice people.
