    My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to ���steam��� the lines out of the fabric. It���s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn���t have been used. As far as I���m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I���m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again.

    I don't know who or what has changed with this company over the last year, but I will never use their services again, solely based on the phone call that I just had. On a recent visit, the women simply did not do a good job. They were scheduled to come out today to re-do the work. They were able to come earlier than expected (huge plus), they were respectful, and did a far better job than before. Moments after they leave, I had missed 3 back to back calls from their office because I was in the washroom. One of the women came back in and asked for me to call. I said, "sure, no problem. Is something wrong?". She said that sure, but if I could please call them... Now, side note- I had not filled out the credit card authorization form previously because I wasn't happy with the work. Just before the women initially left my house, I had forwarded the form to my office staff and asked if they could fill it out and send it in. Cut to the phone call. The woman on the other end tells me that I need to pay because the card on file doesn't work. I explained, "I know. It is an old card, but my staff will be calling you with the new info". Two different times I'm put on hold without asking if I'm okay to be put on hold...just suddenly there was silence. Unprofessional, but okay. For very literally 5 minutes straight, the woman is speaking to me in a raised voice and an accusatory tone about how I need to pay them and that the card on file isn't working. I lost count of how many times I had to say, "I know that.. it is an old card. My office staff will call you with the new credit card information. ..what is the problem?" This turns into her demanding "what staff? what is your business name? what is the address? who will be calling?" Finally I started to have a very serious tone in my voice because how offensive can you be? I asked, "why do you need to know my company's address?" She goes off again and I said, "I run a company with 5-8 people in my office. I just sent the form to them maybe 5 minutes ago. They will call you with my company card as soon as they have a moment. I don't see what the problem is." To which she responds, "the problem is that we performed services that you need to pay for and the card that we have is not working. You need to pay with cash, credit, or check now, while we are there." There are few times where I have ever been so flabbergasted and offended. I finally told her, "I do not appreciate the accusatory way that you are speaking to me. You are treating me as if this is 5 months down the line and I'm outright refusing to pay, when I have told you from the beginning that my staff will call you with the information today... In no way, shape, or form did I say that I wasn't going to pay......" She upsettingly said, "when today? They need to call during the day." I told her in absolute amazement, "well they obviously aren't going to call at 1 in the morning... I will never use this company again based on this phone call alone." With an uncaring, almost challenging voice, even more raised than before, "OKAY. THAT IS FINE." I run a restoration company and recently started recommending them for cleanups. Dear god, I will never stop telling any company or homeowner this story. I just genuinely can not believe how I was just treated over the phone. I understand the importance of paying on time and making sure that you are paid on time. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to follow up and again, I never said that I wasn't going to pay. From the first response, I said every time that my staff will call you with the correct information and that I had JUST emailed them regarding it. And then you're going to challenge me on what my business is? Unreal.

    They kept their appointment as promised. The gentleman who showed up was very professional. He got right to work. He came in and started working right away. He completed the whole house in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He also did an extra job for me that I had not requested on the original order. I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the closet, which he cleaned for me. I thought he was terrific.

    I was impressed with the promptness of this company. Got all my answers to my questions right away & I loved the fact that they were able to assign someone to come & clean as soon as the very next day. I was even able to talk to someone after my regular business hours (6:30 p.m.) which was a huge plus in my book since most other places were closed by this time. I live a very busy life & I have to be spontaneous at times, so this business was definitely perfect for my needs. Their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Maria was assigned to help out & she was excellent & did an amazing job. She was nice, professional, & is very talented with getting the most toughest stains out! I will definitely be using this service again!

    Best Results Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
    While they were at my house they mentioned that my grout is dirty and offered that service as well. I was shocked! The grout came out great! I didn���t even know that those black joints can be white. Jim and Yuriy were extremely professional. The carpet and the grout came out great. I am very happy with this company and will refer them to my friends and family!

    We are very happy with the work performed! The caulking is very neat and professional looking. Our floors and countertops look great. Suk, the technician who performed the work, was very polite, friendly and efficient and answered all of our questions. We will definitely call on this company again for future grout and caulking needs.

    I called at the very end of the warm weather season and Marcelo and his team came out the next day. They washed 29 casement windows (first and second floor), 3 half-rounds and the patio doors. They worked very fast, but were thorough and did a great job, and they showed up on time. When calling to get a quote, their responsiveness was excellent. They either answer the phone immediately, or call back promptly if you leave a voice mail or text.

    Moses and Robert came to do the work. I dealt mostly with Moses who was very friendly and courteous. His sales skills was pretty good and though I initially called them for a duct and dryer vent cleaning, he got me to purchase the sanitization and UV light system package. I was reluctant to purchase the more expensive system, especially when I was only prepared to pay for the duct cleaning, but I decided that it was worthwhile. I probably could have gotten the UV light system installed at a lower cost, but it was convenient having them do it while they were doing the other work. Also, having the lifetime warranty gave me a peace of mind.

    ProDry took care of everything -- removing the water, disposing of the carpets and damaged drywall and insulation in the walls, and dryed out the entire area so remediation could begin as soon as possible. They carefully moved and wrapped our belongings to protect them from any further damage, and after everything was dry, made sure the areas of the floor and walls that were flooded were sprayed with a safe antimicrobial agent to prevent mold. Their work was outstanding, matched only by their friendly, customer-focused approach. ProDry also works with a few outstanding companies to provide remediation, and I hired the company the referred and have been extremely pleased with their work, too. ProDry is professional, caring, honest and a pleasure to work with.

    First she wanted to know where the supplies were, I said you are suppose to bring your own and she said let me go to my car.(What?) I thought she did a good job and typed her $20.00. She left and I did not check anything. Then I found that in the bedroom she did not dust everything. The shelves that the TV was on. She did not dust or vacuum behind the table that I was using for a night stand, there are only three small legs and you can see through it and it is easy to clean all around it, nothing was touched. If she did not want to move anything she just dusted around it. In the hall way I have a hall table with a shelf at the bottom and she did not touch it. I asked her did you clean the top of the refrigerator and she said yes she did. No she did not nothing was cleaned as nothing was moved and the dust was still there. I have a shelf in the kitchen and she did not clean anything on the shelf. I had some splatter marks and nothing was cleaned. I am very disappointed as she had 4 hours which for what she had to do should have taken her 3 hours at the most. I am sorry that I tipped her and I am sorry that I used this service. I don't know how or why they got on Angie's list. Makes me hesitant about Angie's list as they are suppose to be checked out. I will not use them ever again. Very disappointed in Angie's list as well.
