    Lakeside Appliance Repair
Don is very knowledgeable in his profession, upfront and honest. In addition he is very pleasant and easy to work with. He diagnosed our problem, and was able to fix it, including another couple of features that no longer functioned properly. We are very pleased with his service and won't hesitate to call him in the future.

    Bryan's Appliance Repair
This is the 3rd business that I called to fix my dryer. The first 2 that I called, never bother to call me back. Not sure if they are very busy or they do not want my business I'm happy to find this business. When you search for "dryer repair" he is not in the top list and I took a chance and I am glad I did Called him within an hour Bryan called back. He asked about the issue , the dryer type and so on. We set up a meeting on the 3rd day, because I was busy the following day Explained the possible issue and how it would be fixed. It took him 30 min to fix He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable and very articulate. It worth every penny What I learned? Not because they are on top of the list in Angie List when you search, it means they are very good and professional. It proved me wrong. He is diamond in the rough And I highly recommended him

    Priority Appliance Repair Inc
Called Monday morning and got a schedule to see me by 8:30 - 10:30 AM on the next day. Receptionist explained that I have to pay $79 upfront to have check the appliances. If they could repair it, the $79 will be included. I called them by 9:00 AM the next day and the reception told me that they will call me within a few hours. By 11:00 AM, I called them back to ask when the technician will be coming at all. The receptionist was trying to help me but with the great professionalism (sarcasm) I decided to cancel my appointment No return phone calls. No Excuse. At least let me know if you will be coming or not. Great customer engagement practice Highly NOT recommended

    Lakeside Appliance Repair
Wow excellent. My refrigerator went out and Don came by in 15 minutes between calls to check it out. It was the thermostat; he had the part on the truck and did it PDQ. He still had the time to make his next appointment. I rarely take the time to do these reviews but he deserves my highest recommendation and testimonial.

    Bryan's Appliance Repair
I called Bryan to tell him of my problem with my clothes dryer. He spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me asking specific questions. He wanted me to try something prior to his scheduling a repair. OMG!! I did what he suggested and fixed the problem myself. When ever I have an appliance problem, Bryan is the person I have called and will continue to call. Thank you, Bryan.

    Mike's Appliance Repair Inc
Mike - I am one of the growing number of people leaving you bad reviews because we would really likely to hire you, but can't reach you. I called your phone number but it rang several times and went to voice mail. The problem is your voicemail told me your mailbox was full and wouldn't let me leave a message. So, I went to your web site and sent an e-mail to the address shown on the home page. That was a week ago and I haven't heard back from you. If you have too much to do, hire someone to answer the phone and do what you advertise: repair appliances.

    Sears Appliance Repair
I scheduled a Sears repair for 3 days from when I called (the first day they were available). The repair tech was supposed to be here between 1:00 and 3:00 but showed up at 3:15. He barely listened to what the issue was and nearly immediately began telling me I needed a new appliance without ever diagnosing the problem. I made a suggestion of what the issue might be based on my experience and after reading through the manufacturers technical guide. He dismissed it immediately and instead blamed the pump (the most expensive part, of course) even though it was pumping water without any issue. However, before we could even decide a course of action, he informed me he didn't have the pump, water level sensor, or the main control board with him. What's the point of being a repair service if you can't diagnose the problem, have no parts, and don't listen to the customer?

    Mark Wilkinson Appliance Repair
After having to reschedule with Sears multiple times because they could not get someone here within my window of availability, I gave up and for the first time tried Angie's List. Mark called me back with an hour or two. Was super pleasant to talk to. Was able to get here the next morning. Did a fabulous job. When he realized it wasn't going to be as involved or needing all the parts as he first thought, he lowered the cost. Can't remember dealing with someone so honest. I will stay with Mark for all my repairs from now on.

    Priority Appliance Repair Inc
Called to schedule a service appointment on 10/20. They take your information down and then a "scheduler" calls you the next morning 10/21. Scheduler calls and gives a 3 hour window (2:30-5:30). Technician calls at 5, says he won't be there until 6:30. Shows up closer to 7:00. Diagnosis in :10 minutes - GE inverter board needed to be replaced. Had one in his truck. Googled part online, average cost for a new one is about $130-$150, tech says he can replace it for $420. I agree to the work to get my fridge going again, although to me, I felt like the cost was a little steep. I ask about my ice maker - tech says it will start up again when my freezer gets to the normal temperature. It never did start working, so I am calling today to schedule another appointment. The tech himself, Elvis, was professional and did give me $25 off my bill because of the tardiness and the fridge/freezer is operating normally (besides the ice maker).

    Mike's Appliance Repair Inc
Mike - I wanted to hire you! You have great reviews, but all of your "F" reviews are for not returning messages from potential customers. I am adding to that list of people you did not call back. Not to bring down your rating, but just to let you know that you may need another system put in place (answering service, administrative assistant, etc) to help you with your business.
