I received a phone call in advance of arrival and actually arranged for an earlier pickup time. Ricardo and Elias arrived within 20 minutes. After they reviewed the items to be removed, I was given a firm price and gave the go ahead to complete the job. The job was done very quickly despite having to take everything up a flight of stairs, thru the house and garage. Ricardo and Elias were professional, polite and helpful. Many of the old computer CRTs were very heavy and it was incredible to watch Ricardo pick up the items and take them up the stairs and place into the truck. My basement looks SO GOOD thanks to these two workers and Junk Relief. We will be using them again as we continue to work on remodeling projects, etc.

Luke showed up for our scheduled estimate meeting right on time (pretty unusual these days.) He provided the estimate quickly as promised. The price was very fair so we asked Done to do the work. Once again, Luke and crew showed up exactly on time to perform the job. All work was done thoughtfully, with care always taken to avoid damage. The guys moved several VERY heavy radiator down tight stairs with no issue. In the basement, air filters were set up and the house taped off. All the work was done thoroughly and professionally. When there was a miscommunication about the scope of work, Luke spent and extra hour plus taking care of it without issue. All workspaces were cleaned very well. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about Done Demo. I highly recommend and will use them again for any demo jobs.

They keep sending out this offer for a special $89 deal... but then pull it back with you click on it. When I called them to make good on it. They refused. They blamed Angies list. Angies list denied responsibility when I called them. Then I catch them repeating the same scam. I have an email dated May 31. I click on the advertisement on May 31.... the deal is disappeared. When someone plays games like this, how can you trust them.... at all... for anything. I recomend instead their competitor Junk Relief. I ended up using them. They were good. They were helpful. They had good customer service. They have the same pricing. And tey have good Anglies list rating.

I called and emailed and didn't receive any response at all. Even after Angie's List contacted them, I never heard back. Maybe they are out of business--I never heard why they didn't respond. But I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in not contacting me--I contacted them months ago and tried again several times with no response.

Request For Proposal / Bids I had several bids for this project in the fall of 2015. TMW's bid was not only the most attractive financially, but my initial meeting with Tyrone was the most personable of the bids. Before taking any measurements, Tyrone took the time to understand why I was moving forward with the project. He shared his expertise in draining the water away from the foundation of my home including proper grading and drain tiles. I told him I was also putting a waterproofing project out for bid. He voluntarily took it upon himself to coordinate scheduling activities with the eventual waterproofing contracting when the time came. Sure enough, we decided to move forward with Tyrone and TMW. I signed a contract in late 2015 that locked me in for 2015 prices with work to begin once the weather cleared up in Spring 2016. Scheduling As the weather eventually started getting warmer, Tyrone sent me a tentative start date 2-3 weeks in advance. He also contacted the waterproofing company to ensure they would have availability to do their work after excavation but before pouring was done. There was only a 1-day window between the two but thanks to Tyrone and his scheduling and coordination, there was no delay in the entire project. Tyrone told me he would be on-site the first day of work and would introduce me to his crew leaders. Throughout the process, Tyrone was organized contacting me via email and also with a Google Calendar and another site he uses for tracking communications and invoices/payment. On-Site The first day?on-site, Tyrone arrived promptly at 7am and introduced me to Junior and eventually to Tyrone's brother, Kevin. We did another walk-through of the project to ensure all questions and concerns were met. For the next 1.5 weeks, the crew arrived promptly at 7am and were gone by the time I returned from work. Each day, they cleaned up the area as much as possible and placed yellow ribbons to block areas that should not be entered.? Clean-Up The final product was a clean, uniform driveway and service-walk and the removal of an old stoop. Kevin came a few days later to?pick-up the final payment and replaced some siding on the garage that was missed during clean-up. I noticed there was a large area that was not backfilled but I contacted Tyrone and he had his crew come back and backfill it a week later.? Conclusion If you're looking to get your hardscaping or concrete done, go with Tyrone, Kevin, and Junior. Their bid was competitive, their service was professional, and the final product looks beautiful.?

Super fast! They called the day ahead because with the nasty weather they wanted to move our appointment slot later in the day. That was fine. They were significantly later than the later appointment though - they didn't call us until after the window, and their actual arrival was a couple hours later. Once they arrived the loading was quick and they hauled away everything we wanted gone. I'd use them again, understanding that the roads were really awful that day.

This was the best possible experience I could imagine in dealing with a new roof. Michael (owner) and all his workers were incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish. The office staff always got back to me quickly and sent someone out to look at my roof and provide an estimate within a couple of days of the initial call. The estimate came quickly and was very detailed unlike several of the other estimates I had received. The other condo residents had some questions and Michael came out to meet with us one evening. The work actually convened just as we were having all that rain in May which made it tricky. The crew that did the work were courteous, hard working and very professional. I had complete access to the crew chief who kept me apprised of the progress and the plan especially given all the rain that was in the forecast during the time of the work being done. The whole job took about 5 days total. When they were done, they cleaned up, hauled everything away and sent me pictures of the finished product. I was extremely happy with everything about working with this company and the work performed. I highly recommend them.

The people were polite, helpful and considerate in the manner in which they did their job

This is the third time that I have used Junk Relief and the people who came were always helpful, courteous and thoughtful about the job that they were doing.
