    three arrows auto radiator
I emailed 3 arrows and the very next day Sophie called me with the estimate I asked for.  Told herwhen I would bring it in and they did an outstanding job and explained to me what they replaced outside the radiator install and to not get alarmed if I see dripping because they wash everything down causing the dripping.  Good price and good people. Highly recommend to all.

    Reliable Auto Repair Center Inc
They weren't able to do the alignment because two of the rims were out of round. They tried to locate used rims, but had to order new ones. They told us not to worry about paying for the oil change until the rims came in. In this day and age, that seemed amazingly trustworthy of them. We're picking up the rims today, getting new tires, and then they'll be able to do the alignment.

It was a wonderful experience in terms of the staff and end product. They made prompt appointment and were expecting me. Everything went off like clock work. Cordial and professional. My only concern on hindsight was I was charged for a full hour of labor when it only took .25 hour to do the work.

They took significantly longer to complete the job than they quoted. I went in at 1 p.m. and the young lady (clerk) went over details about the additional needed part and I agreed to the installation. She told me it would take four hours. I asked if it could still be done that day, and she checked with the technician and he said yes. So four hours from 1:15 would be 5:15 or 5:30 or so. I stayed late at work and called at 4:30 to see how things were going and was the car nearly done. The clerk said, "No, it won't be done until 6 or 6:30." I wasn't pleased, but stayed later at work and then took the bus to the shop. When I arrived at 5:55 p.m., the car was nowhere near ready. In fact, the clerk said that it was "only halfway done, there had been a car ahead of mine." Ok, this wasn't so good, especially since she had not called me to tell me how behind schedule they were running. She told me to wait in the waiting area. I did and at 6:15, another customer came in and sat down, waiting for his car, too. This made me uneasy, because if the tech was working on this other customer's car, then mine would be even later to finish, or vice versa. We waited and I asked again about the progress at 6:45 and was again told that it would be later, like 7:30. Now, I was getting tired and angry. The clerk would go to the back "shop area" where no customers were allowed, for 45 minutes to an hour, so I could not even talk to her about maybe stopping the job and giving me my car and letting me return the next day to complete it. At one point, I even went to the front entry door and opened it, so that the chime would ring, hoping that would bring her back out to the front, but it did not. In the meantime, I spoke to the other customer. He said that they had done the same thing to him; he had come at 1:45 p.m., (not sure if it was on the same day as I or not) and they had quoted him 2 to 3 hours, and it stretched into many more hours than that. He also stated that he was now there for a repair, as the system they had installed was malfunctioning and needed adjustments. But he really was getting tired and in a way, wanted them to remove the system and give him a refund. At 8:15 p.m., tired and hungry, I was furious and was considering calling the police to get them to relinquish my car. (I live on a block that has limited parking and the later it gets, the harder it is to park.) I demanded my car, but was reassured (again) that it would only be 15 more minutes. "There was some problem gettting it to work properly with the factory-installed security alarm." I called a friend who is somewhat more assertive than I and he was on his way to coerce them to finish or give up the car, when the install was finally completed. I left the shop at 8:45 p.m., over THREE HOURS LATER THAN QUOTED. The other customer was still waiting when I finally left. However, I took his name and number and said I'd speak to the manager and file a complaint here. I've told coworkers. One had planned to use this shop herself, but said she's now thrown out their business card.

    My Sound & Security LTD
My Sound set up an appointment for the next working day. My wife and I dropped off the car, ate lunch, and then went back to My Sound. The new radio was installed and working perfectly. The owner apologized for not having in stock the radio that was included in the $300 price. They installed a $350 radio instead but still charged only $300! I?m sure the dealer I originally went to would have charged me $800 for the amp I didn?t need and then ?discover? that the radio needed to be replaced as well. I?m sure the entire charge would have been $1200-$1500. My Sound is a reputable company that saved this customer approximately $1000 over the dealer price.

Historically I had really good experience this time around. The quality of the work was not there. They did not install the woofer correctly the first time. I took the car back and talked to the install manager and he saw that it had been installed wrong. He then had the problem taken care of.
