• He did not follow the proper building codes and the patio that he built was sloping towards the house.  This caused water to puddle by the foundation of the house. He told me that he would not replace the patio and that he would only patch it which would have been a temporary solution at best.  I ended up hiring another company to tear out the patio and rebuild it.

's Home and Garden do various big landscaping projects from 2008 through 2015 and each time the work was well and beautifully done.  Other than weather delays projects were completed as promised and the price was very competitive (most recently we didn't even bother pricing elsewhere.) Contract clearly described scope of project and payment schedule. Provider name locked. always available for questions and advice and came back to help me run soaker hoses through our new landscaping to ensure proper watering.  One year after a great amount of rain the drainage hose popped up and it was repaired with no extra charge.  Crew very polite and hard working, and Provider name locked. was either on site or visited the project frequently.
