FI will never go there again. I hate CVS. They were terrible to work with. She kept on saying basically, just wait for 5 to 10 more minutes and your order will be ready, wait 5 or 10 more minutes and your order will be ready and then I would find out that my order wasn't taken out because they didn't have like the priscription or they didn't have the medical supplies needed. You can only imagine how frustrating it would be waiting for something like wait just 5 more minutes, wait just for 5 more minutes exactly for an hour and a half only to find out that it wasn't going to be ready. If they say it would have been only 5 minutes, I would have said it is only 5 minutes and waited but if it would take an hour and a half, it is not the best thing. I would grade them all 'F'. I will absolutely not use them again in the future.- Jeffery W.

AThey have pretty good network coverage - I've rarely had a claim turned down, unless there was a billing error on the part of the provider. Also, their website seems reasonably easy to use, and the claims are easy to download.
The only reason I rated them a B on coverage is because their associated Behavioral Health network does not cover a lot of Christian counselors, whereas Blue Cross/Blue Shield does. However, I am not sure if the United Behavioral Health network is actually a part of United Healthcare, or if that is just a mental health network that my husband's employer negotiated or selected separately from the main healthcare provider.

ABlue Cross Blue Shield sends an explanation of benefits within a reasonable time after a doctor visit. The charges are explained (but not in great detail) and the amount allowed, the amount paid to the provider and the amount for me to pay clearly printed. I have not had the occasion to question a charge but most likely, once I get routed to the correct department, will be able to . The website is also available for current information.

FIn general, the services provided that day were "ok" but I feel it was more of a Band-Aid fix. Their final recommendation was for me to see my PCP as soon as possible. Gee, thanks. It took 4 hours to come up with that? Plus I just got a letter saying that their office in another city had a burglary and computers containing patient information was stolen. They basically said don't worry, your medical records were not on those computers BUT... your name, address, social security number, and birthdate WERE on those computers. Are you serious??? You're telling me not to worry but you just gave away the most sensitive personal information that a burglar needs to steal my identity and create chaos in my life. Thanks for keeping my personal information so secure that anyone off the streets could get to it. May karma come your way.

AThey provided excellent service. It was very quick and professional and the privacy maintained was impressive. They also have a women's center for mammography, which I was very impressed with, as well.- Donna P.

AIf you have difficulty with your insurance company or need to get back to your doctor, they have been very helpful in doing the non routine type of service. They are very willing to take the time to help you out.- RICHARD S.

AWe like their service. If I am somewhere else in the country, I can get medicines. They have 24 hour service. They have a very friendly staff. I haven?t had such a good response with another pharmacy where they weren?t friendly or helpful. The staff at Walgreens is more personable. There is a pharmacist at my local Walgreens whom I like. He has two good boys working for him.- Gary H.

AI experience unbearable upper GI pain in the middle of the night so went to the Condell Emergency Room. The staff was attentive and provided timely care. I was also sent to get an ultrasound. The care was provided and I was sent home in the morning. This was my first ER experience but I was glad to have a staff that took a great care!- V P.

AI ended up in the Condell Hospital in Libertyville in an emergency situation. I had to undergo gall bladder removal surgery. The staff was courteous and impressive. They took a great care of me while I was in the hospital. Total stay was for 4 days. The nursing and support staff at this hospital is especially warm and has patient as their first priority. I was very impressed by their capabilities.- V P.

AHe is extremely knowledgeable in respect to orthopedic and injury related things. He and his therapist have always attended to me. Knee nourishes have always been a very pleasant experience. He has been very quick to give references to the specialists. I see him at least once in a year.- Aaron G.
