Neither office answers the phone. Answering service won't actually put you in touch with him. Been trying to get test results for my daughter for over a week. Not quite the level of "care" that I was hoping for.

I've been going to the same physician for 15 years. He's very professional and very educated. He always calls me back when I call. I actually knew him when he was a resident because I worked in a hospital for 23 years. I knew his personality before I even started with him as a patient.

All of the doctors are nice. Visits with them were pretty brief, but they always did ask if I had questions. I was most impressed when it came time for delivery. I was always very nervous about seeing the doctor since this was my first pregnancy, but Dr. Dohr was helpful and made me feel more comfortable.

I went to Dr Scott when an abnormal pap at my internist's office required further testing.  Although I waited a month for the appointment because they said I needed a treatment room, Dr Scott didn't even do an exam, much less say a procedure.  An appointment was scheduled for an ultrasound, and I was told to return immediately if my symptoms came back and when they did I was scheduled with Christine Savage, who, even though I gave her very detailed information, ran the wrong tests and misdiagnosed me.  When I complained that she ran the wrong test, I was told it was because I insisted on following Dr Scott's instructions and being seen immediately.  During the last 2 months I have felt that my requests for testing were ignored without being addressed, that there was little or no communication either among the staff or with me as a patient, and that I did not receive the level of care the situation warranted.  I have changed Drs and will not return.  I would not recommend this practice.

I love my doctor. He's very professional and very thorough. He takes his time with us. Most doctors are given like five to seven minutes to sit with us, give all the information and then they have to go just because that's the way the health insurance kind of works. He will stay there as long as we need to and he will ask us thorough questions. He listens to us and he is not condescending. He'll have discussions with us and take what we think might be going wrong. He just really listens to us which a lot of doctors don't tend to. We feel like we are a Wal-Mart brand with other doctors because they will just run us by the screen and we are gone but he's really thorough. He's really wonderful. If it's a really pressing matter he'll make room for us but normally he's pretty booked. He's made time for us no matter what. They are incredibly professional and very nice but it takes them forever to answer a phone. They are not the most efficient. His office people are not skilled unfortunately but just because I like him, I tolerate them. Punctuality for the most part is pretty good but every once in a while they'll run late. The office won't tell us he's running late; they just let us kind of sit there. When we see Dr. Mehdi he apologizes profusely, he realizes but its just that his staff is really bad about it. He's not late often. Dr. Mehdi is incredibly thorough and he makes sure that everything is done appropriately. He really goes out of his way to make sure he takes care of his patients. Billing can be a little confusing because a part of it is being parceled out.

I have to go every September for annual gynecologist exam or when you turned 40 you go for your mammogram and they have a mammogram center too. They're very professional, very nice and very complete with their care. I really like that center.

I saw another doctor that I really liked for a tendon issue, but she didn't provide a lot of detail regarding diagnosis and future options. My sister saw Dr. Waschow for a 2nd opinion about her issues and while there I asked Dr. Waschow a few questions about me. I was impressed with her responses and scheduled a subsequent appointment.Dr. Waschow is very thorough, pleasant and attentive. She takes the time necessary to explain, ask questions and listen to your responses. Her staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Although I have just started seeing her, I'm impressed with her thorough review of my situation and analysis of the options. Awesome doctor and staff!

Warm introduction; made me feel more at home since I was nervous. Reviewed medical history and explained in detail options available. Didn't just write a prescription but asked questions to pin point exact reasons for the medication and possible side effects. Overall, it was a great experience. I've found my new doctor!

She provided the finest professional care and she really looked at me as a person. She spent as much time as I needed; it wasn't a 15 minute meeting. She set the pace and made me feel comfortable. It was the best I have had. They fit me right in when they heard about my issue.

I found Dr. Favia on Angie's List. He is very good. He is up to date on modern practice. I mainly use him as a pediatrician. He doesn't at all make you feel rushed at an appointment. He stays and talks to you. He is great. The nurse isn't always super friendly.
