    Holeshot Home Remodeling and Repairs
Nathan, the owner, did an outstanding job. I was debating whether to replace the entire floor which would have been very costly, but instead had the repairs done, and with the replacement tiles and grout, the kitchen floor looks brand new- amazing. Nathan was very responsive, provided a competitive price, showed up when he said and most importantly did outstanding work. This is a stand up guy that can be trusted to do a great job. Will be hiring again for other work we discussed.

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
It went perfectly, as it always does when I use Handy Men & Mrs. Helper. I've used them several times over the past few years for painting (my entire home!) and various handyman projects. They are my go-to partners when I need work done on my home. They are reliable and operate with integrity. I have a remodeling project coming up with them and I am confident it will go smoothly.

Wilo Handyman Services and Rustic furniture
Michael Lewis not only built me a gorgeous bookcase and custom shelving, but he did it with extreme craftsmanship and quality. He was friendly, dependable, well priced and did the job correctly! I will definitely hire Wilo Handyman for my next project!

    The Villas Project
Andrew is a verey nice, professional contractor. His work is always done right and the quality of his service is exceptional. Availability is good and the rates are reasonable. I used him for two different phases of a breakroom remodel. Freestanding storage cabinet assembly, then countertop and sink replacement. Plumbing work went well and he even finished the wall with painting to leave a fresh backsplash. He's vesatile as we had to work out some materials issues. Was planning to have the cabinets painted but the countertop looked so good it saved me from having to do it.

This is our third time having Joe at the house and each time he has done an excellent job. This time my son was overzealous when he declined the new la-z-boy chair and went right into our family room wall! Joe did a great job with the repair and you would never know there was a hole. Was quick to replace the fans and made a suggestion to get a universal remote for our bedroom fan. We love it! Thanks Joe!

    Done Right Services
On May 8, 2017, we signed an agreement with Done Right Services to refinish our kitchen cabinets located at 346 Hiawatha Drive in Lake In The Hills, IL. They removed all cabinet doors immediately as well as began preparing and painting the cabinet bases. Over the extended period of 90 days, they made very little progress, began making excuses for lack of progress, missed numerous appointments, made face-to-face commitments that were lies, damaged the cabinets, tried to fix numerous mistakes, brought back the doors unfinished, dripped paint on new wood floors, broke the front full view door, left the job 60% finished with a commitment to come back the next day and never returned phone calls or text. The agreement was based on $4,200 for the project. We paid $2,100 down. We had to to fix and complete the job at an additional cost of $3,465. We are seeking payment for the difference from their proposal to the final cost which equals a total of $1,365. I recommend not hiring them for any type of work as they looked me in the eye and lied.

I've hired a number of painters and handymen over the years, and Sam is one of the better ones. From beginning to end, he impressed us. He was quick to setup an in home consultation (which was free), quick to send over a quote (within a few days), and quick to setup a date to do the work (which was within a week of him coming over to do the consultation). Compare this to some of the others who took 1-2 weeks to do an in home consultation, and then anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks to provide a quote. Sam worked at our home for 2 days: both days he arrived on time, was very professional (and respectful, taking his shoes off each time he came back inside from his truck due to our request for him to do so since we have a child), and clean. I was actually amazed at how clean he ended up being considering the different types of tasks that he performed. He listened well and had solutions which exuded experience and confidence. His quote, when adjusted for some extra things that we requested once he started working, was spot on. We were so pleased with his work that we gave him a tip to reflect the appreciation. One of the greatest things about Sam is that, for the experience, punctuality, and professionalism that he has, his pricing is a massive value. He quoted us $550 for a day's worth of work. We received bids from other companies, some of which are on Angie's List, for up to over $4,000 for the same work (talk about price gouging). Other, more reasonable bids, came in around $1,200. Still, Sam's bid was considerably less, and more in line with what I felt the job was worth. I was actually a little concerned about what kind of result we'd get given the lower bid, but after reading his reviews on Angie's List, felt that it was worth a shot to hire him. Well, it turns out that if you look hard enough, it is possible to still find a high quality handyman with fair pricing. I can't stress this enough - you are getting a tremendous value with Sam. Tremendous. We will use him for all handyman projects that we have in the future and recommend him to friends and family in the area.

    Doug's Side Jobs
Doug was fantastic to work with. He is very easy to work with, does excellent work, and is reasonable. I would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to several people. We were selling our house and wanted to improve the looks of our landscaping. He not only did a beautiful job on trimming all our bushes and redoing our landscaping but also helped us to get more money for our home because of the professional look of our landscape. In addition, Doug went out of his way to get a refrigerator out of our basement for us. Thanks, Doug, you get an A+ and 5 stars from me!

Joe came the same to day to look at the project after I contacted him after work and had a competitive proposal to me the next day. We set up a time frame to finish the project and he completed the project with time to spare, looks great, and would't hesitate to hire him again and refer him to friends and family.

It couldn't have been a better and easier process. Joe picked up the new microwave at Lowes, installed it at a rental location in Gilberts, disposed of the new one, and did it within a day. He then came by my house to drop off the paperwork. Unbelievable service! He's got a customer for life. Thanks!
